This one was one of the worst experiences. Me and my gf went and were waiting In the drive through forever and when we asked the lady at the drive though what was going on she started screaming at us and saying deal with it we are short staffed. I asked for corporates number and got denied by three co workers. When I asked at the window for the manager she didn’t come. And the guy which I will list a picture that came to the window said he can’t give me the store number he’s the manager they can’t give me her name or his name so I take a picture of him. Then he tried taking a video of me I said go ahead. Then my food was missing things had no meat over loaded with sour cream on purpose. I have never been treated so poorly ever. I know they have to give me their names. The manager his when I asked for her. Found out her names Jessica. I will be back tomorrow to press this issues the way I was tested was horrible my food messed with and yelled at and this was my first time there. I also have videos I will be showing at the store tomorrow

I drove through for the first time today. I ordered one food item and a drink. I received exactly that. No straw, no napkins, no hot sauce. Of course I didn’t look in the bag until I was driving down the road so now I have to try to drink a soda without a straw in a moving car.

Place was clean. Got my order pretty quick. Few problems. All my chalupa shells were stale. Ordered 5 layer burrito no beans and it had zero meat on it. Two bites just shel, ripped it in half and still no meat. Went in and tried to get a new one and got told that’s how it comes with no bean. Don’t waste your time here.
