Over priced. Mess your order up every time. 3 taco supreme. I get no tomato or sour cream but get charged for supreme. Worst most over priced bad quality bad customer sevice taco bell ever. Waited 4 to 5 minutes to place order when no other customers was in there or drive thru. Waited 10 minutes for the food and the food was not hot and they didn’t have everything on the order. The facility was gross. Every table was dirty and the floors was nasty mess. And by the time I ate no one ever came out to clean. There was at least 4 employees in the back. I don’t suggest going to the slippery rock location. Like if go back to taco bell at all in general after that. They can’t control one location how can they control any of them. Haven’t had an order made correctly the last 3 times I’ve been there… no lettuce or tomato is apparently impossible to achieve. Also the food is made inconsistently. It seems like every time I would get a quesarrito it is a guessing game what random ingredients are going to be in it this time. It’s not supposed to come with lettuce, sometimes there’s randomly lettuce in it. This time there’s some unknown crunchy thing in it, looks like crumbs from a tortilla chip bag. Who knows? When this Taco Bell first opened it was just fine. I don’t know what happened.

Ordered to go. Lobby was unstocked and dirty. Did was missing random components and anything with beans had double the beans and half the meat. Staff was oddly off-putting. Seemed like you were bothering them just being there.

Terrible terrible experience. This Taco Bell always forgets something from my order and serves not fresh food. Every time I have ordered from this Taco Bell they have forgotten my sauce packets. The workers seem cocky and uninterested in providing satisfactory service. Very disappointed.
