Took a long time to get my food. The drive thru line was long so I went in to get my food to go. 20 min. Later I left with my food. I asked if training people they said no, there was just a small crew working. I will give another chance but if the wait is that long why call it fast food.

Ordered for pick up on the mobile app. Waited outside for the order to pop up as ready, said it was being made… Went inside and waited more. None was at the counter. A drive thru person looked at me three maybe more times before addressing me and saying he’d be right with me. I said I was waiting for a mobile order, he checked but didn’t see an order. Asked other staff if they had it, they said yes. After more waiting they finally came out and said just one order? Yes. Gave me my food and drinks. I have been burned with drive thrus and pick ups before so at the counter I checked my food, I was missing beverages, a main dish for one of our boxes and 2 of the 3 sides we ordered. I order “boxes” bc they are easy when you have multiple people, none of the orders were boxed all thrown into a bag. I went to the car to get my phone to check the order and Then after waiting again, I said I’m missing items, they looked at me like I was crazy—are you sure? Yes I’m standing here with all the food you gave me and missing items, yes I’m sure. The employees returned to the back and after another wait finally returned with the rest of our order. No apology just have a good night. I will try to avoid this taco bell in the future. I worked fast food for many years, and it frustrates me that people don’t double check orders before handing them out. I know people waiting get mad and want things quickly, but I’d rather get all of my order before leaving than have it quickly thrown in a sack incorrect.

We went through the drive through at 11:15 pm this evening. We just got home from Texas and we’re starving, we normally go to Hubbard but decided to swing by this one. We ordered a quasadilla with 2 sides of sour crea and the three dorito taco supreme meal amongst other things. They gave us the bag and it was missing the sour cream, the dorito tacos and he never even asked if we needed any sauces. We had to re ask for each of these things and the entire time the kid in the drive through copped an attitude and literally rolled his eyes multiple times. We pay for something and we expect it, clearly this location is very low standard. We will not be back!!

I went to the Taco Bell in Hermitage, PA today, it was AWFUL! The food was cold, soggy, and looked as if it had been sitting for hours. I get that it’s fast food, but that’s unacceptable! Almost $40 worth of food (which isn’t much anymore) and that’s what I got. I threw mine away! Why risk the impending food poisoning.

Used the app to order food for my family, order was spot on accurate and fast to pick up once checked in. While in rare instances the app sometimes experiences issues, so just be aware when you check in to make sure they don’t ask you to reorder and pay when the app already takes your payment.

Always forget to give the damn sauce. Tacos were stuck to the wrapper & mushy. Burittos were not the right ones. Overly priced garbage very consitently.
