They didn’t give me a quesadilla we ordered, I had to tell them it was missing. They put chips on a burrito that I specified I didn’t want chips on. The guy taking orders kept telling me to hang on because he was working the window too and then comes back on the speaker and says how can I help you, oh ha ha I’m sorry I’m confused! I asked for mild sauce, they didn’t give me any. I asked for an iced coffee they said the machine was broke. Oh and my tacos had barely any meat on them. See attached photo!

The food is good for a fast food restaurant, however the tacos do fall apart very easily so its rather messy to eat on the go. Other than that it was a quick in and out trip and the staff was very friendly. Their blue raspberry slushie machine was down, so they politely explained and asked if I wanted to change it without a charge.

I love Taco Bell food! This restaurant was clean and quiet. The cashier took our order quickly, and although there was no line in the restaurant, we had to wait at least 10 minutes to get our order as there was quite a line at the drive thru.

Mechanicsburg taco bell knows their food. Could be a little more attentive to customers. I had to wave at an employee for my cups to get drinks while I waited for my food. But enjoyed my crunch wrap.
