What’s the point of having a new store if it’s going to be left dirty all the time? Also, if you get your order in 10 minutes when dining in, you are extremely lucky. The average wait time is 20 minutes to get your food. This place is not worth the time or money. You are better off going to Burger King or literally anywhere else in York.

Slowest Taco Bell ever, we waited 35 minutes for 3 “combos”. While people are waiting no one should be sweeping or stocking, especially when there are multiple waiting for food in the lobby. Only one person was making food on the whole crew. One lady working there locked the doors while we were there 2 hours before they were supposed to be “I don’t want to deal with this”. When we finally left the drive thru was wrapped around the whole building. Usually I understand if you are busy and food takes a while, but when I watched everyone but one younger kid in there stand and do absolutely nothing.

Manager on duty today was helping me through a problem with the app. I had Yesterday.She took the time to actually walk me through it on my phone. Went through drive thru order 5 SOFT tacos and 3 SOFT supreme. Pay, get handed my food check the bag all the tacos a hard shell ask them if they can fix it. They agree pull around front to the handicap spot. Wait a little bit they come back out and me a bag all hard shell tacos again. I’m sorry but what? How does that happen twice?

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! First the wait time was way too long to get my food. The worst part about my visit was the disgusting service. They need some help there, the person who took my order (and was at the window when getting my food) she had the worst attitude ever. She was not friendly, just rude and clearly had a bad attitude. I really wanted to ask why is she even there? The whole time she showed me attitude from the moment I started my order to the moment I left. I was asking about menu items and she huffed and puffed, and when I asked about something she just said ‘NO’ and cut me off asking was that all? When I got to the window she didn’t even make eye contact with me the entire time, and when I gave her my card and took it back I said thank you both times and she didn’t say anything to me or even acknowledge that I said a word to her. She is lucky I didn’t pull her through the window and take care of that attitude myself. Disrespectful.

Now that this has been remodeled, it’s a much better Taco Bell. The aesthetics of the place are much better, there’s a lot more seating, and they’ve even added a lot of outdoor seating, which is great.

I went to the drive through where the girl had an attitude on the speaker before I even said anything. After I ordered the first thing, she said, “Oh my God” in a tone of voice that you could literally hear her eyes rolling. I don’t tolerate that kind of disrespect from anyone, let alone someone who is getting paid to pro ode good customer service. So I left and took my business elsewhere.

I went to Taco Bell yesterday to grab a beefy 5 layer burrito and a chicken quesadilla. I went through the drive-through and put my order in. By the time I paid and got to the second window, I had my food in 30 seconds or less. The lady who had given me the food was very kind and also told me to have a great day. My only complaint about the food was that I felt like my chicken quesadilla was more wrap than anything else it barely had any chicken in it.
