I’ve only been here once and it was for breakfast. The breakfast menu was not turned out and when I told the cashier I didn’t know what they offered, could she suggest something. She was rude and wouldn’t give a suggestion, stated she don’t eat this cursed at the board not being flipped around. Like it was my fault. Never been back

I went inside at around 11pm to place an order. It was clean inside, and the kiosk made it easy to place a quick order to-go. It was handed out to me and they were very friendly and efficient. The food was hot and tasty. I got a crunch wrap and the cheesy fiesta potatoes, which I hadn’t had in years. Some things never change, and it was a nice nostalgic late night meal. Good, friendly service, and good quality fast food. As it should be.

This is the 2nd Taco Bell in the area I have been to for breakfast. Hands down I think they have the best fast food breakfast abd love the sausage, egg, and cheese burrito. They have excellent hashbrowns too. I was not able to get breakfast today After waiting around for 20 minutes, they were still not open at 8:20am when they are supposed to open at 8am. They can’t seem to get their staffing right at either store by my house and 8am is already too late of a start time for breakfast.

This taco bell on the outside looks like any other taco bell. I get to the ordering menu and wait longer than usual for someone to greet me. No problem, they are probably busy. The service was bad though at the window as well. Not too pleasant of a worker. Again no problem, I don’t expect top of the line service from someone who makes minimum wage at a Taco Bell. However the first problem was my baja blast. Usually a bubbly, tingly delicious sensation on my tongue. However this baja blast was lacking in that wonder fizz. Not too big of a deal. The carbonation in the machine probably needs to be recharged soon, it happens. The next problem was when i opened my wonderful bag of goodies. THREE salsa packets for FOUR tacos. This is no where near an adequate amount of sauce for 4 tacos. Are the workers loosing money for giving me less sauce? Which taco do i chose is unworthy of delicious flavory sauce? An unfortunate decision I had to make for an innocent beef chalupa. The biggest, most heartbreaking problem occurred when i took my first bite into a doritos locos taco. It tasted…. off. It was bitter and grainy and outright disgusting. Not at all what a normal doritos locos taco should taste like. It was honestly one of the worst flavors i’ve ever had in my mouth. I don’t know what went wrong in the shells of those tacos. I dont know if they were stale or burnt or had something go wrong in the manufacturing process. This was a taste most unpleasant and something i have never experienced before. It goes without saying i wont be paying a visit to this establishment anytime soon. Beware this taco bell. And in god’s name whatever you do do NOT get the doritos locos tacos from here. It will haunt you.

All the food we got was soggy and seemed old tasted like they had been premade and sat too long! I will not be going back to this Taco Bell. Oh and they didn’t give us napkins or straws by the time we realized it was too late to go back

It was late at night so maybe that’s why the employees were impatient & wanted me to place my order but I asked for a minute and a second later another employee came through the speaker asking for my order, he didn’t hear me when I asked for a minute and it was obvious they didn’t communicate to one another that I wasn’t ready. I placed my order hastily and it wasn’t even right. Oh well that was my experience one night at this location. ♀️

Ordered inside using a kiosk for a group of 5. Spent $48 on food. Keep in mind, this was 9PM on a Friday. Did not receive our food for 50 minutes. Manager did not seem remorseful and was only prioritizing delivery orders. A couple small foods were missing from our order. Food did not taste the most fresh and we were generally upset with the experience. The only reason I’m providing two stars instead one is because they quickly fixed the missing items.

I’m soo sick of this place. This is the second time I come for breakfast and they are not open yet. This time I sat there for a few minutes because the persons mic was on, you can hear them moving and Nothing. It’s 8:45am, y’all advertise that y’all open at 8am yet no one is working. Soo over this. definitely not going back. Not even for lunch or dinner.

The door was locked with a sign saying to go through the drive through. There only appeared to be one employee working, he seemed to be busy talking to someone who was sitting in the locked restaurant. He was friendly and provided decent service.
