Always a poor experience. Everything’s always sloppy and slapped together. I’ve been here 5-10 times over the past two years out of convenience. Employees are never pleasant to deal with. Orders are usually missing something. I get it ! You aren’t thrilled to be working at Taco Bell. That’s fine I don’t need you to be nice to me but I do want all the food that I paid for in my bag.

i came around 2pm on a saturday. i ordered my food through mobile. lady at the drive through said to park on the side because the order had just came in. okay understandable. we’re sitting there and we see multiple cars come in and out of the drive through & also another guy waiting aside of us. we sat about 20-25 minutes before going in and the lady had our food sitting next to the window the whole time. the guy next to us was even waiting and came in the same time we did. love this taco bell but that girl on window needs to be moved somewhere else.

Ordered Ubereats and my Uber grabbed the wrong order. Called the store and went to go pick up the order and the whole time Rachel was very helpful and understanding! Best service I’ve gotten from a fast food place in recent memory!

Went through the driver thru, and I had to wait several minutes to order. When I got to the window, the girl was having issues with her headset and was upset and apologizing. The food was slow to come out.

Upon ordering in the drive through, I paused and asked for a moment to decide. Less than 10 seconds later the manager jumped in and cut me off and closed my order then stopped responding. I came to the window and the manager was extremely rude in his tone of voice. He reduced to allow me to add to my order without going back around and starting a new order, even though there was no one in line behind. Needs new management. All they care about is time stamps on orders for the benefit of the store, not actual good or quick customer service. Also, they gave me the wrong taco.

Eh I was lucky it wasn’t busy and I only got one item. Stingy on the sauce tho. I asked for 4 mild once, and they gave me 1 mild and the rest with hot and Diablo. Like cmon.

Rude, poorly trained staff. Dismissive managment. STONE COLD food. Improperly executes orders that are simple like adding cheese or sour cream to Supreme party packs. A Miserly amount of cold fries. And all overcharged. Honestly I would rather never go back to taco bell again. Thanks for the LETTUCE TACOS and S*** SERVICE. Go to CHIPOTLE QDOBA OR MOES

Ok, let’s be realistic. It’s Taco Bell. My food was good, and tasted just like it tastes regardless of what Taco Bell location I go to. So why am I even bothering to write this? Why the 5 star review? Because the kid working the drive thru window tonight at 8pm was WONDERFUL! So friendly, pleasant, and provided excellent, professional customer service. If the franchise owner of this specific location happens to read this, this kid deserves a raise, seriously. Wish I would have asked his name so I could mention it in this review. The way I was treated is the kind of customer service everyone in customer service should provide. I’ve been working customer service jobs since I was 14, so I know it’s not always easy to be so polite and welcoming, but people should at least try. This kid did more than try, he perfected it. I’ll be 10x more likely to return thanks to the service he provided 🙂
