This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. It’s literally awful and/or wrong every time! This time my Cheesy Gordita Crunch had nacho cheese instead of melted shredded cheese and the hard shells either were never warmed up or completely stale. The mountain Dew and Baja Blast (if they even have it) ALWAYS tastes like there is barely any syrup in it…I’ve been so disappointed every time, unfortunately at this point if I want Taco Bell I’m going to have to try one further away…I’ve worked in the service industry for many years and I know sometimes mistakes are made, but this place just never gets better. 🙁

This place is awful. It should be shut down. It is a disgrace to West Chester. The few times we’ve tried to visit, we’ve gone through the drive-thru and no one has been working. One time, it closed when we were in line. We attempted to visit a few days ago. We pulled in and were cat called by a group of employees who were “on break” outside. We pulled into the drive-thru and no one greeted us. The menu was not lit so I couldn’t see anything. We pulled through and left. It is a shame because there are menu items that my kids would like, but this location has lost us for good. It is an eyesore. Shut it down!
