First of all this isn’t supreme. Second of all you should be kinder to your customers, especially when I was kind to you and didn’t have to be, with the attitude I got for no reason. It’s not my fault you work at a Taco Bell and if you don’t like it and you’re that miserable then get another job. I shouldn’t have to add my own sour cream lol. Usually they don’t get my stuff wrong but who knows, was not happy with this trip.

Every single time I’ve been there I’m told to pull around and park. I’ve always ordered online which is supposed to make it faster. Well today was again told to pull around and park and been sitting here for over twenty minutes! What is going on with fast food these days. The pay increased and the service has gotten worse in all of fast food!

Went in the drive through, they told me to go park in the handicap spot to wait for my food. After waiting one of the workers came out and handed me food with no sauce. He said you have to come back around the drive through and pay for sauce it’s their new policy. I then walked inside and there was free sauce sitting right next to their drink machine. Laziness…

No hot sauce period which is crazy! Did not receive 2 extra cheese that was paid for!! The Baja blast was not Baja blast! Crunch wraps were so small, if I wanted an empty wrap I would have just ordered a tortilla!! Truly terrible! People suck!!

To start, I’m not a meat-eater (by choice) so I specified that at the beginning. I hadn’t had the Mexican Pizza in over a decade, so I opted to try it for lunch (see receipt attached) including a MexiMelt (if we’re throwing back, let’s do it all the way; I had to tell the young woman how to make that, which she obliged.) The Mexican Pizza I first received had BEEF on it (see circled photo) so I sent it back to be remade. No apology, just acknowledged w/ an “ok” and remade w/ a “Here you go.” My Crunchy Tacos were made w/ black beans but NOT Supreme (as indicated by the receipt.) I walked back up, showed the receipt and the items, I was handed a side of tomatoes & a side of sour cream to “fix it up how [I] you want,” instead of them all remade. The woman in glasses walked to the back, and laughter was heard after I walked away. After trying the fixed pizza & tacos, I realize it doesn’t have the charm it once had, and neither do the standards Taco Bell once held for their dining room (see circled photo of peeled away wallpaper.) I didn’t want to believe the low reviews of this location but, sadly, they’re coming true.

The environment is very sad, staff seems very unhappy. The bathrooms were in poor shape, missing toilet paper and toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. My husband’s quesadilla was good. My power bowl is a favorite item of mine but this was definitely the worst I’ve had. It was missing two of the ingredients and there was barely any chicken, rice or black beans. It was mostly a bunch of lettuce with a few other ingredients scattered in it.

Went for a quick visit on the way to the beach and asked for the items to be made to go and Aubry was so sweet and made everything without an issue. It may seem so insignificant however, many places these days make you feel like such an inconvenience for asking for one things and she just was very helpful and I appreciate her and the staff for that!

Staff is unmotivated,no smiling or greeting . Food was not fresh . Tacos were broken before opening . Out of all the fast food in the shopping center this taco bell is the only fast food place that is always empty. Terrible food and service . Hire new staff immediately. What a shame . I love taco bell. This one sucks bad . Taco bell other locations are usually packed . Now I know why this one is empty . Yuck . I would give zero stars if possible.
