They done it again. It seems like no one says anything. Not even the higher management. They never give fresh fries or potato’s what ever it is. They always double fried. When they get orders they just deep it in oil and serve again.

Stopped here this evening after attending a concert in Bristow. It was shortly before midnight and we ordered on the mobile app. The associates working were extremely prompt and the food tasted very good. We even customized a few things and they were spot on, even considering the late hour. Wanted to make sure the staff was recognized for their efforts because after we were served, several other post-concert goers showed up as well, so definitely a late night rush.

Taco Bell’s website says that dine-in at this location is open til midnight. Came here at 10 p.m. and the doors were locked. Went through the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes to order. Won’t be making this mistake again!

This Taco Bell location is beyond slow! I have wait inside and in the drive thru for up to 30 minutes. They workers are also very rude and tend to ignore you when asked questions. On top of it all, our orders are never right and always poor quality.

Closing at 2:30am, I arrived at 2:20am crew members stated we are close and the manager on duty stated we are only taking doordash order and running low on food. How would they know what I was ordering to make that statement. I asked for the district manager contact information the manager on duty said I do not have it. So I asked for the general manager contact she said I can’t give out that information you will have to call the store #. However the manager did not provide the general manager name. This is a complete failure if you are close at 2;30a don’t close at 2:20! Worst customer service

Service has taken a serious decline. Not uncommon to sit in drive thru for 10 minutes without a single person being served in evenings. Lunch service is similar waiting 20 minutes for orders. Seems lazy to point out but this store is no longer fast food
