Just went through the drive thru at about 8:30 tonight 3/28/23 and was very disappointed when I got home to eat. I live about 7 minutes away and my food was ice cold and the tortillas were hard as if they had been sitting out already made for an hour or more before I got there. I got a Sierra Mist that was just sparkling water absolutely no flavor. I asked for fire and hot sauce and only got 8 fire sauces no hot sauce for 2 burritos, 1 Gordita crunch, 3 tacos, and 2 cheesy roll ups. I’m not one to complain much because I have worked in many restaurants i understand if it’s busy how things can happen but there was no one else in line and it wasn’t close to closing time we didn’t even have our cheese melted in anything. Go to a different location if you want your food made right they didn’t care at all about me and my girlfriend’s experience here not one thing was right about our entire order.

A well executed instance of the brand. Friendly staff and enjoyable “Mexican” fare. Clean bathrooms. It’s a small place; but made to feel lonely by COVID ensuring I was the only customer in the dining room. Still, it’s a welcome refuge from the heat and bad air outside. Recommend.

Normally a fan of Taco Bell. Multiple missing items from online order, don’t make quesoritos (make quesadillas instead), other items made incorrectly (cinabon delights not rolled in sugar, used ground beef instead of steak). Second time an order at this location was wrong.

The cashier that helped me was not real helpful. I haven’t been in a Taco Bell in years, now I remember why. I had looked up what I wanted online and inquired about it. She obviously didn’t understand what I was asking for. I got standard items when options were available, but never offered. Food was about average. Now that I know they have what looked like a simple way to pick up mobile orders I may try that if I order again
