Not going back here again. They always mess up my order. Paid for extra chicken on my quesadilla and they didn’t put it. Not the first time they messed up like that. Also, they significantly reduced the amount of gravy they give you for a 12 piece family meal. Not worth $47+ dollars

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for over 6 years and I’m not sure if management has changed but the customer service has gotten significantly better. A couple years ago a fight broke out between some employees while I was waiting for my order at the window. Today’s experience was a complete 180. I forgot to ask the lady for her name but it was around 1pm today 3/15. Welcomed me kindly on the intercom before taking my order and was just overall a pleasant visit. Whatever they’re doing keep it up! I also tried the $5 chicken pot pie fill up was absolutely lovely! Tasted home made I’m serious. Lol and was huge! The photo doesn’t do it enough justice. I really enjoyed my lunch today!

Trying to lift up this business. I had a drive through order filled incorrectly (probably someone else’s order and a mixup). I gave feedback and got a call back from the manager – over a $14 order mind you – to make it right. He didn’t have to do that but it shows management cares about its customers.

This Taco Bell is a complete joke. Don’t go here. Management should be embarrassed, but it’s clear that they don’t care. I simply asked for two bean and cheese burritos at the drive in and received a 5 minute lecture of how that was not on the menu. Whoever was taking the order was just flat out rude for no reason and was looking to pick an unnecessary fight with a customer.

CHECK YOUR BAG!! Never going here again. It’s been a couple of times that my items were missing. Ordered 5 chalupas tonight. Only two were in the bag. Ordered potatoes that turned out to be deep fried and not the usual soft ones. The manager seems like a nice guy and exchanged the potatoes but when we came home we found we didn’t have tacos.
