this specific location is terrible with customer service. ive had 4 mess ups from this location. the manager would ignore me when i asked for help. it was hair in my food which the manager refused a refund for which is sad. half of the workers do not cover their heads in the kitchen area which is very unsanitary. if you tell them you dont want something on your order they will add it anyways even after you’ve repeated yourself 5 times.

My primary gripe with this location is that they make everyone drive around and wait in the front at the drive through. Even when NO ONE is behind you… they’re gonna make you drive around. Because of this, they always forget something. I can’t imagine how many burritos this location owes me.

ZERO F-ING STARS. Ordered through UberEats, specifically requested that they not add meat to my food! and they did it anyway! This has happened multiple times so Im throughly convinced that none of these employees can properly read and interpret the English language. Called to ask for a manager, and they disconnected the line. Will literally never order from taco bell again at this point.

We got really hungry and I’ve been too busy to cook at home, I went here to Taco Bell/KFC to get something to eat. When I arrived, I asked the employee first if they have salsa verde in stock and he said yes. So I ordered 4 salsa verde grilled chicken burritos and a Mexican pizza combo with crunchy tacos. Instead, they gave me 4 burritos with heavy, white chipotle sauce that I can barely taste the rest of the ingredients in the burritos. It was nauseating. My partner was sad because they gave him soft tacos, not crunchy. Just perfect, I have a slight allergic reaction to white sauces, now I am going to be coughing and wheezing for the rest of the evening, and I’ll be capping the night with my ss married to the toilet dispensing spicy runny sh t. With the breathing issues, I am not going to sleep good tonight. Thanks, Taco Hell!

The Young Female Manager needs to be retrained, Immediately! The staff under her shift pretty much does anything they want. Say anything they want (vulgar) language. Even jokes about dropping people’s food on the floor and still serving it to them. SMH!
