Updated my review just left there an the drive through worker Jasmine A always has an attitude especially when I inquired about the advertised Steak chili Verde option displayed on menu and her response was hostile like we don’t have the sauce I say when are you getting the sauce she says idk and closed the window. I didn’t tell her to work at taco bell she needs to be humbled before someone humbles her

This taco bell has been our to go to for a quick bite after today will never step foot at this location. Everything was fine until my girlfriend found a hair at the bottom of her taco bell grande nachos. Sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes, no answer, arrived 20 minutes before close after putting in a mobile order and got charged and told the order was received. Update the hours if you are gonna close 20 minutes early. Waste of my time and money that wont get refunded for 2 to 3 days.

I came to this restaurant at 10.30 am I came to this restaurant who ordered online. I couldn’t get my order. I got a message saying the order is ready and I showed it to me. A business that tells me to wait in line cannot be a business!!! he keeps the prepared order waiting on the table and it is not even 1 minute to give it only from the glass and he tells me that you will wait in line, this food will get cold in 130 minutes and the customer will eat cold food and the tender driver will stay, therefore this restaurant violates the customer rights as it violates the operating rules. It is announced to all our people that it is a nonsense incompetence to wait in the same queue for the orders given in this restaurant beforehand. we are talking about such nonsense I have never seen anywhere, only the working staff is bored of work..

Nothing wrong with the food (I hope….) I’ve been here several times and it’s always dirty in the lobby. All the tables are dirty. The floor is dirty. It not even busy so I don’t know why there isn’t a regular cleaning schedule.

I usually find a reason to give stars. The one star is for convenience. It was on the way home. The young lady at the window sounded as if she was bored, incredibly depressed or my husband said “give her a break, maybe they’re being held up”. We asked what was a quesalupa. Apparently it’s “like a taco”. One shell or two.. “one mam” LIES! It was nothing like the description we pulled from her. Are we the only people that didn’t know what this was? And why is the regular quesadilla always 1/4 filled or is that just this taco bell? Would you like sauce? We say “yes please, medium “. We get nothing. And we paid 10.00 plus for this dining experience. Picture is an actual quesalupa…for those that don’t know.
