Worst Taco Bell restaurant. The employees in this place are becoming lazy, unprofessional and very problematic. I used to love coming here as a kid and teen years ago. Employees were super nice and professional. Now not so much. They just hire anybody without background checks. Just random college kids. Several times in a row I’ve placed an order with this restaurant through uber eats and I always end up having the wrong order, missing orders or orders with missing ingredients and undone sloppy orders like this taco! Never order here again!

It’s a solid Taco Bell, this one is the OG Taco Bell of the area, always gives you hot food, can’t say the same about the other TB’s in the area. When you want that TB fix this is it. They’ve always gotten my food right, they got Baja Blast in regular and zero, they stay open hella late. If your homies want something else there’s a Wendy’s next door.

Staff are often surly or rude. This location constantly gets my online orders wrong. Missing items or wrong items is common. A real pain. If you order in the app and drive up they will complain its not ready acting like it’s any different than if I placed my order at the window. Skip the hassle. This and the Germantown location are tied for forest tacobells in the area.

I was picking up my order at the drive thru, and a young guy with black curly hair came to the window and told me to go back to the line because the order wasn’t ready, and the line was big as always. I told him that I wasn’t going to do it because the line was big and he said that i could just cancel the order with a lot of nasty attitude. So when i asked his name, then he went back inside and in less than 2 minutes he gave me my order. This happened at 10:30 pm.
