I had reservation about going here from the reviews and after going realize why I NEVER make my mind up from OTHER PEOPLES EXPERIENCES. We walked in and the cooks were busy so one of them immediately said he would be right with us. NO PROBLEM. The young lady who served us was pleasant and efficient. Still NO PROBLEM. Our food was made quickly and brought out to us by a cook (if not working manager…if not, should be ) He showed us everything we ordered and asked if we needed anything else. I jokingly said “yeah a piece of that great smelling chicken” he said “how about some fresh baked cookies? Your son has on his Santa hat!” SO….after we get home after a 10 minute drive I open up our food and see fully stuffed fresh crispy shell tacos. Moral of the story? Make your own judgement and try this again. Also for people with no common sense in their skull, if you go to MOST RESTAURANTS OF ANY KIND 8 minutes before they close on a Tuesday or during a lunch or dinner rush, you get whay you get. It’s not them…it’s you. (P.S. We went 3 p.m. on a Monday when they are getting ready for dinner….see how that works ) please see photo of our beautiful stuffed tacos

My son and I went to this Taco Bell/Kentucky fried Chicken at about 4 in the afternoon on Sunday. There was nobody in the restaurant and nobody in the Drive-Thru. The person that eventually came around the corner and said “how can I help you?” Had the most disgusted look on her face that we’d actually bothered herr afternoon. I was taken aback. Tacos that we ordered were not filled like they are typically at other Taco Bell’s we have been to. When our order was finally finished she dropped it on the counter and turned and walked away without saying a word. I went to use the restroom on the way out and it was absolutely disgusting. With three people standing around with nothing to do you would have thought it would have been cleaned properly. I don’t know who owns the store but I don’t think they want business or they wouldn’t have somebody like this running it. It was a convenient stop but we’ll go out of the way to a better place next time.

Would be zero stars if I could. Did a door dash order and the order was canceled because this place said they couldn’t make it. Went to the store ordered the same thing and they made it. After confronting and asking why they said they didn’t feel like doing a door dash order. All the workers were standing outside when I got there, didn’t wash hands before going to make food

Tonight I drove to the Hampstead, MD Taco Bell drive-thru for dinner. The drive-thru menu sign wasn’t lit even though it was nearly dark. I was asked for my order before I even came to a complete stop. I stated that I wasn’t ready to order yet, mentioning that I could barely see the menu options. I was told there was nothing they could do about it, then asked again what I would like to order, again with no time to look at the menu (even if I could see it). Exasperated, I just ordered two Mexican pizzas and a burrito supreme. Upon arriving at the pick-up window, the employee took my money, then literally threw my change into my hand as he turned away, resulting in some of my change hitting the ground. Needless to say, no one bothered to say “thank you” for my order.

Wow. Waited in line for 15 mins which was only 2 cars in the line. And no one was even dining inside. And I got flamin red frys with more seasoning then potato, a chicken chalupa that was so burnt that the shell flaked off all over the place and 3 chunks of chicken in it with it filled with sour cream and my taco was so oil soaked the hole soft shell was orange n dripping. I mean really. Maybe having more than just teenagers working might help.

This is unfortunately one of the worst taco bell locations I’ve ever been to. They are always out of stock on things I want. They always mess up my order. It always takes forever. They definitely need some help

Just left there and the food is cold. It’s like all of my food was pre-made sitting around before they gave it to me. There was also this disgusting crusty old refried beans and beef (non of which belongs in my burrito). Maybe I will try them again in another year. This location has been for almost a decade terrible despite numerous changes in management.

I myself do not eat at Taco Bell a lot, saying that it’s saying that I do purchase their food for my children it’s always decent it’s not always hot and prepared the way that I would like it. I will say I also doordash. I am a Dasher, I delivered to customers and one thing I can say is that I do have to wait often for the food to be prepared and for the order to get to me so I can get it to my customers hot, and on-time, and what they ordered. I would recommend this Taco Bell.
