The food was hot & fresh. The presentation of the food was exceptional we were all delighted. The location was right off of 50 West. We were glad we chose this location. The outside of the store is embellished with cool art work both front. The drive-thru was an easy way to place an order, pay, & pickup my meal. The customer service was excellent. She was kind, cordial, patient & above all great listener. There’s an outside seating available. The ambiance of this Taco bell was everything I never knew I needed. I was impressed from start to finish. I am a satisfied customer. It was dark & raining but the energy of the store increased my excitement, so I capture a few cool pictures of the store.

The store canceled my order at the last minute. I have had many issues with this store as far as all my items being in the order. It’s sealed well so it’s not the dasher! I will be coming in to order from now on, just to be sure no mistakes are made.

This one of the better Taco Bell’s that I have visited. The food order was delivered to my table and everything was correct. The meal was Taco Bell good and served nice and warm. There is a drive thru if you just want to do a fly-by for a quick meal. The store was very clean and so were the restrooms and parking lot. They have high chairs available here and the store is handicap accessible. What is notable is that the staff members here are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend.

The service I received in drive thru just now was so unbelievable unprofessional and disgusting that I pulled off without my food. Coming from a fast food MANAGER, that is completely and utterly unacceptable! To top it off I called the store 4 times without an answer. There were no customers inside and no other cars in line in the drive thru. I will NEVER go back!

Went to Taco Bell to order a simple order. Order two potato tacos without sauce, we received sauce with it. Ordered chips and cheese, got the cheese no chips. Went back to the restaurant for chips and requested they give us more chips and cheese for our inconvenience and manager told me I’d have to pay for extra. Can’t any fast food in Cambridge get orders right or have good customer service??

Place in clean inside and out, but they sometimes don’t have the menu items in the restaurant that are on the website. And my Veggie Power bowl didn’t receive guacamole like it was supposed to. I missed that.
