Got a nacho bellgrande and the chips were extra disgusting. Tasted like they had been old stale and sitting out. Cinnamon twist disgusting very funny tasting now… Extremely annoyed, i know better than to eat Taco Bell. Also got tacos and they were fine.

We ordered from the KFC here. We ordered a few mac and cheese with chicken bowls and one spicy. First off, the order said it would be ready at 2, NOT 2:30! We were on an 8-hour car ride home from vacation. We were already going to take breaks and add 2 hours to it already, we dont need to wait a half hour for what’s supposed to be FAST FOOD! The spicy one on their website said spicy, not Nashville. They had the mac and cheese in the microwave for 10+ minutes! Its mac and cheese! Then it was too hot, so they added cold mac and cheese. For the “spicy” one, they just dumped a ton of hot sauce on it and called it a day. They were cursing quite a bit in the kitchen. We tried to get some food to replace the “spicy”, they said no. We tried to explain to them that I am starving on an 8 hour car ride home, but they just said no. Their excuse for everything is that they are “understaffed” meanwhile other people were getting their food and heading in and out while we were waiting an excessively long time for our “food”. I saw plenty of people in the kitchen. Their was also workers heading out for breaks and to smoke. This place deserves zero stars.

Took 15 mins to get threw the drive threw (i checked my google maps location and how long I spent there… even subtracted 3 mins for good measure incase there was any inconsistency). When I was finally done sitting in the drivethrew, I realized half my order was wrong. Ordered two chicken quesadillas, received one and whatever the hell is in the picture attached to this review. I had also requested no ice, but I’ve learned to be not so disappointed when I do get ice- it happens . At least I got a straw i suppose. To their credit, it looked like there was a lot of people inside too ♀️

We ordered KFC. It was a little busy when we got there so it took a little longer than one night like. Once we got to put our order in, we had good service. Food was as ordered and hot.
