I ordered a large drink and did ask kindly for light ice. The guy filled my cup 3/4 up with ice… like i would have ordered an extra small drink if I had known that. Literally took 5 sips and the drink is gone lol. I guess that’s the downside of going through drive through

Meat in any of the meals did not even taste like meat. Tacos were so so. Taco pizza had a tortilla that tasted rancid. The manager said he will make me a new one but it didn’t taste good anyways. The manager was aiming to please but the quality of this chain is just what it is… A fast food Mexican joint. I remembered taco bell tasting better than this back in the day….

Corporate should fund some upgrades to this Taco Bell, it’s the best one in 15 miles from where I live, there’s one closer to my house and it’s more upgraded but it sucks compared to this one. This is my favorite Taco Bell in Fairfax

Believe me when I say all the people working here are grown adults who can’t understand a simple “no cheese” order. I cannot believe how poorly managed this branch is. I’ve never had issues anywhere else in the country. It would really be a blow to my self esteem if I had to wake up and work here everyday. Look yourself in the mirror and say “I am the lowest of the low.”

So here is the “new” menu. I am not sure if this is not a permanent change but if you are a repeat customer, some of your favorite go-to items may be gone forever. Just to be clear, I think this is the better T-Bell in the area. I give them five stars. They have friendly staff and are efficient and get the order correct. The new menu, however is a different story. Personally my not a fan of the changes. Mexican pizza, for example was nixed. Personally not a fan of any of the beef burritos, this new menu gets 2.5 stars.
