Unprofessional staff member refused to take my order. The male employee was outside at the drive-thru ordering station with another female employee and appeared to be having an argument. He refused to take my order and sent me to the window to place my order. I pull forward to the window and that’s when I look back and see that he is taking the order of a white woman. It’s 2022, this type of prejudice was unexpected, degrading, and unprofessional. I will not be coming back again.

Ordered a chicken Crunchwrap and it had beef. They never give you a receipt and the order is always wrong. They never answer the phone. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I’m tired of paying for food I didn’t order!!!!

Fast food. Simple but delicious. This is part of the Taco Bell chain. They have 2 one-person restrooms in the back. Booths and high tops for seating about 25-30. Staff has always been nice on multiple occasions. Kept clean. Fountain sodas behind the counter.

If I’m reviewing Taco Bell as a whole, I would give it a 5. I’m a big fan. But my experience with this Taco Bell today wasn’t great. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, which doesn’t make sense because I’m willing to wait that long, I wouldn’t go to a fast food.
