It took me over 25 minutes from getting into the drive-thru line to receiving food. At least 5 cars gave up and split. I would’ve left if not for my hunger and curiosity to see how long it would eventually take.

I come here frequently since I live nearby but I really wish they paid closer attention to orders that swap out their protein meats for Black beans. Happens too frequently that they seem to miss that, even with online orders (of which I usually strictly stick to to eliminate miscommunication incidents at the drive through window).

Went here last night and their system was down so I could only order online. No problem. Pulled out of drive thru and ordered online. Then got back in line. Was then told it would be a long wait because they had lots of orders. Ok. Also no problem. Waited in drive thru 30 min. Then got my $45 worth food. And drove 2 blocks home and everything was ice cold. The tacos were like rubber. Meat was ice cold. Burritos were hard. Potatoes were like rocks. It was horrible. I want a refund.

Worst customer service. Went a minute ago and ask for 3 soft tacos. She charge me for a whole meal no soda no nothing. Please had a horrible attitude. Asked for the soda and gave me water. Not even a bottle.

I’ve been to many Taco Bells in my life, but this Taco Bell deserved a review. My family was a little extra because we asked for extra things on the items we ordered, but the woman working the drive thru was kind and didn’t make us feel rushed like we normally do. The food hands down was the best I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. You asked for extra cheese and sauce, and they GAVE it to you. Highly recommend and kudos to the crew
