I ordered various breakfast items and when I bit into one of the breakfast burritos it tasted like chemicals. When i check the other side of the burrito it was covered in particles of powdered bleach. Every food item had powdered bleach on the tortilla. The manager was non apologetic and did not see this as a big deal. Also to mention when I went inside the cleaning/maintenance employee was standing on top of the food prep table next to the grills.

Ordering ahead, to pick up food, inside, still takes a back seat to filling drive thru orders. They frequently have shipment strewn across the dining area, and the bathroom is locked. If the food wasn’t decent, I’d wish I could give zero stars

Idk who was working today but I was clearly blessed by the sauce gods. You ever order nachos with extra cheese and are disappointed? Happens a lot right? Not at this Taco Bell, the ratio of cheese sauce to chips is *chefs kiss* consistently delivers quality T Bell food letting me Live Mas.

I must admit I live 5 min away from this location, I have witnessed the down fall of the location in a 6 year timeframe, it use to be by far a great location with great friendly staff consistent hot meals, but about 4 years ago they hired by far the worst late night staff ever! I have complained time and time again about missing items, the quality of the product purchased and the attentiveness of the staff this is by far the worst Taco Bell location now simply because of the staff and the lack of menu knowledge.

Order was wrong. Guy at the window was handing me a drink with the lid not on the whole way and he’s like be careful of the lid and I’m like well shouldn’t you put it on the right way? What a surprise. Nobody cares anymore, nobody tries to do a good job anymore. Just do the bare minimum to get that check.

It was incredibly slow service going through the drive thru. They told me they didn’t have Mexican pizza. Once I placed my order, I had to go park and wait for 15 minutes for them to bring my order. The whole process took over 30 minutes. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and had a much better experience. We have to do better.
