This place can be hit or miss. The staff is excellent, but they make online orders before you get there. When I received my food, I got it instantly, and after a five minute drive the food was cold. They also mess up your order from time to time. The seating area cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, but the food is usually about as good as you can get for a taco bell. So overall, I still choose to go here rather than drive another 15mins in each direction

They forgot to put tomatoes in my all 3 of my crunchy tacos i did request for no cheese on the tacos but i wouldve have liked my tomatoes too but other than that it was made fast. Please you also forgot the hot sauce! This was at noon today .

Avoid this place at all costs! We have had to go because of its proximity. The employees at the drive-through can’t be bothered to take your order. The 1st guy would say, “Is that all?” After every word you say. I thought it was a prank that just wasn’t funny. Today, we went, and the drive-through lady was on the phone with her mom the whole time. Trying to order at the box was an exercise in repetition. After she couldn’t get the order right, we drove up to the window where she was still talking to her mom to the extent that she couldn’t acknowledge we were there. She just handed over a bag of whatever she thinks she heard from the order. I hope her and her mom work out paying for her tuition so maybe she can find a job she’s willing to work. Consistently the worst Taco Bell spanning two continents and 8 states.

Unclean! I just watched a staff member come out of the dining room having finished eating, finish touching their phone, get paper towels, wipe their mouth, toss trash, and then go back to the service line without washing hands.

There was a female I wish I got her name she was phenomenal. But every other time it’s been LAZY rude employees. Also, I thought the speaker may have been messed up as it sounded muffled and I had to “say sorry, I did not hear you” a few times? I was wrong, the gentleman that opened the window just mumbled. I had absolutely no clue what he said? I paid and left.

Zero stars. In the past 2 years, I have yet to receive any correct orders. Sad thing is, it’s all in English and can’t mess up an order unless it’s an employees carelessness. If you like getting incorrect food, then this should be your number 1 spot!! Worthless company!!!

Just moved to Alexandria from the Chantilly area…wheew let me just say I have never had to wait for food at the parking lot in Chantilly EVER. Always received 100% service. I had visited yesterday to grab dinner before work. It wasn’t busy they made me wait at the parking lot for 2 items..mind you i placed a mobile order..you would think your food would be ready to go since you are taking time out to order ahead but NOPE..and this has happened over 3 times to me. So awful it’s called fast food for a reason you know. I would understand if it was busy but there were only 4 cars in the drive through two in front of me and 2 in the back. I highly suggest this Taco Bell gets a new manager.

We always go here because it’s close to where we live. Out of the many times we’ve been here, I’ve only had one bad experience where it took them a long time to give our order. So, I’d still give it a 5-star rating. What we do now, is order in advance through the app so there’s less waiting time and sometimes no wait time at all! Lots of tables available if you want to dine in, clean restrooms, and parking.
