I was genuinely shocked to see this place has such poor reviews! It’s by far the best Taco Bell in Harrisonburg. It’s never busy, my partner and I usually go through the drive-thru at 10pm or so, always piping hot, workers are lovely, get everything right. We always love trying the new items that are featured every month or so. Maybe we just get lucky but we always go to this Taco Bell even though it’s the furthest one from us.

I’m a Delivery driver, isn’t the first time this happened. Mayor issue with employees that does not understand that all of us depends on customers. How do you accept an order but then say that the system is broken… lazy workers making easy money, very bad I don’t invest on a franchise to be managed like that sorry..

I have been to three different Taco Bell’s, why don’t all of them carry the same foods? You get some used to something that you love and you want to go get it again but you’re not near the same one that you went to the last time so you go to another one and try to get the same thing and they don’t even know what you’re talkin about! Even the menus are different from one Taco Bell to the other, imagine if McDonald’s or Wendy’s or someplace like that did the same thing? They wouldn’t last very long I’ll tell you that! The one employee that I asked at the one Taco Bell about a specific item, she was even Mexican, and didn’t seem to know what I was talkin about! What’s wrong with this picture?

The steak power bowl was bananas good. They had it ready in less than one minute, and gave me extra hot sauce. If Taco Bell starts offering power bowls with non gmo ingredients I will order drive through all the time here when I need my food fast.
