Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Not busy at all. Ordering was easy on one of their 2 self serve kiosks. Food was prepared fast but they forgot to give me my hot sauce. The taco was good. The burrito disappointed a little. Wi-Fi appeared slow and not functional. Used my 4G on my phone instead.

Driving through Charlottesville Sunday night. We went through drive thru to limit our time off the road. First while waiting to order, they were erasing whatever the other person ordered so I had to wait for that. (Why erase it after someone clearly ordered it. ) Once the order was placed, the total was not given, I had to wait until I got to the window. (Why is that even a thing?) I ordered a few things along with a cravings box, why was it not in a box? Having to pull over to try and separate the food should not have been a thing! After paying and then having the food handed over, he didn’tsay that was everythingor goodnight..nothing. just handed me the food and closed the window. I asked through the window was that all he just shook his head. (Why did several employees come to the window peeking at me? Made me feel like I had something on my face.) Drove around to the parking lot to separate the food, didn’t receive the cinnamon twist. I attempted to go inside, lobby was locked and I couldn’t get in. Saw an employee at the back door trying to take a break and I mentioned the cinnamon twist, he advised to come back through to receive them. While at the window i asked could i get the box to put the food in, and for a bit they thought i was trying to make a new order. No, i just need the box to secure my food in. The original person walked away from the window and now I have an even bigger audience than before. The biggest thing for me in this entire experience is the lack of customer service from beginning to the end. If I didn’t have my family with me, I would have just continued on our drive and found something else. However the kids were ready for dinner. If they can’t even provide the bare minimum of a greeting and then a closing when all services are complete, they don’t need to be working there. And then to be starred at like I’m an alien was very uncomfortable. So disappointed! Will be sure to skip this location moving forward.

The fact that you have employees stading right there yet you want me to order on a self serve kiosk is insulting. Next time I’ll go an actual Mexican restaurant, the prices are about the same these days anyway! They use better ingredients, and have better customer service.

Ordered in drivethu said no tomatoes because we can’t eat them without breaking out with hives. Got home and everything had tomatoes on it. While in the drivethu the window was open and the employees was yelling at each other. Don’t think we will be back.

Don’t go on a Sunday evening they are incredibly rude! Refused to add on at the window 1 item when there was no one else in line. Interrupted several times while ordering from giggling then said they had a rude person in their ear. Meaning a coworker. Ordered a steak quesdilla and got chicken. If they would quit playing around they may be able to do their job correctly.

I literally waited 15 minutes for my order while all of the employees stood around doing nothing. Maybe if they got off of their phones and paid attention to their JOBS, I wouldn’t have waited so long.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order while the employees on the line just looked at me. I finally decided to go ahead and order through the mobile order machine. I then waited 15 minutes for the order that apparently was sitting behind the counter in a box.

Absolute trash. Ordered thru uber eats, only to recieve NO sauces, one taco slammed and smushed into the bottom of the bag, chalupa missing all its toppings and everything else made so quickly and carelessly the toppings were slid all to one side and leaking out of the bottom of the bag. Then, when i called, it was a bunch of excused and reasons as to why my food was disgusting. Do not recomend.
