If i could give them 0 stars i would….everything taste very like they make long time ago…plus today is Thursday 1pm i was there with my 5 years old daughter i did order a dorito taco loco suprime for her and 2 number 6 to go there was one woman at the Window and whatever who help her she put everything in one very small bag i did ask her to put in diferent bag but a shore white woman come from somewhere and she offer me to call the Police if i don’t move i did took about 30 seconds to pick up my baby taco from between the others they was mix toguether she was so agresive i recomend to the manager to do not give this kind of people a chance….. i don’t really recomend this place to the neighbors…

Terrible customer service. Insisting you are wrong and they didn’t make the mistake. My husband ordered 2 chicken soft tacos, no cheese, bc my son is allergic. He got home and the tacos were chicken and cheese, no lettuce. He called and they argued with him. He drove back and they argued with him. Told him he said no lettuce. He showed them the receipt that they typed up as “no cheese”. They tried to charge him for 2 new tacos with no cheese. UNBELIEVABLE. RUDE.

While the food was fine and tasted like normal Taco Bell food and the service was nice, this location was completely out of Taco Bell nacho fries and the combo boxes. Additionally, their soda machine wasn’t working so anything that had carbonation completely was out and was not working. You really had a choice of tea or lemonade and that was it. Kind of crazy to think that you can’t even get a soda or something when you’re having your Taco Bell. Just overall it felt like they were out of more items than they actually had.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been at Taco Bell bc I’m a cancer patient. When I went with a friend to this Taco Bell, I was so disappointed. I was looking forward having my taco supreme bc I haven’t had one in over a year. When we drove off to eat it, they gave me the wrong supreme and so little of the filling. I was so shocked bc this was the first time ever that my supreme was so small. The worse I have ever had. The one in Fredericksburg are amazing and they fill it up. I will give this place another try bc I believe in giving places a second chance. We all can have a bad day. We’re not perfect. Maybe next time I will just go in and eat inside. I love Taco Bell so I hope this one was just having an off day. We’ll see bc I’ll try one more time.

This taco bell needs serious help. I love taco bell and they normally do a good job but the staff here is just not paying attention. Order items are constantly missing, order customizations are always wrong, its like they really don’t try.
