I realize standards are low for fast food. (Except at Chick-fil-A, wonder why) One still must take some pride in their work. Particularly, feeding people. I used to frequent this place a year ago and it seems to be different staff. Very friendly and clean. However, my tacos were just thrown together, sloppily and we’re cold. How much do these folks have to be paid for the m to prepare decent food? Seems, there is no amount. I’m a black man and it’s sad that when I walk in a fast food place and see all of my folks…I expect poor food and service. Usually I will leave. There’s a reason Chic Fil A is so far and above all other fast food. They don’t hire a certain demographic. I worked in fast food when I was 16 and I refused to send out horrible looking food. That was me as a child. These folks would rather talk amongst themselves rather than provide good food. Truly embarrassing. I’m not paying the prices they charge and your staff can’t put a decent taco together. Then have an audacity to ask for higher pay. Trifling!

If I could give this establishment no stars I would. Went through the drive thru today and was more than disgusted with this place and will not be returning. As I pulled up to the window to pay as soon as the window opened you could hear some lady yelling. She was being very loud and nasty, it was clear 2 employees were fighting. The woman quickly grabbed my card and took my payment then they left me sitting there without getting my drink and no one in sight. Finally annoyed, hearing this lady still yelling and not seeing anyone I knocked on the window. I’m a rush as I was on my meal break and didn’t have time for this, they then came to the window with an attitude with me like I was the problem. I explained I was just looking for an answer as to how long it might take or if I could get my drink in the mean time. The man at first gave me the nastiest look and then got snippy with me saying I was making your food. I said well I had a drink too and the girl was just then getting it so he said yeah she is getting it now. I would just like to say that I generally go to this Taco Bell 2-3 a week for fries. NOT EVER AGAIN! This experience has wrecked my opinion on the particular establishment. It really shows how things are ran at this one and how they treat each other let alone their customers. What a sh*t show! These people need to go up and learn some better customer service skills. The least they could have done was let me know it would be a minute and apologize for the lady being extra. In stead I was treated like I was the problem.

This is the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been in , very friendly staff, and I’m sitting here watching them clean in between guests. You just don’t see that anymore with fast food. Food was served up quickly and tasted good. Good job guys.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location due to the poor management of Dominic/Dominique. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping me. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was introduced to Dominic/Dominique, who was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. It’s no surprise that all the previous employees have left because of his management. It’s clear that Dominic lacks the leadership skills necessary to effectively manage a team and provide customers with a quality experience. I advise anyone to avoid this location until there’s a change in management.

I ordered at the drive-thru. The service was quick and the person who took my order and gave me my order was pleasant. My complaint is that the person who put the sour cream on the tacos completely missed the inside and so consequently, the shower cream was on the outside of the shell on all three of the tacos. Otherwise they were good. I should have taken pictures of it but I am not a person that likes to complain so I never bear evidence of my complaints. We are all human and we all make mistakes, but this Taco Bell was not nearly busy enough to warrant the mistake like the placement of the sour cream. In my mind, it was carelessness.

Food was good. Service was terrible. Didn’t want to take my order. Pointed me to the computer even though they weren’t busy at all. Then afterwards I asked for mild sauce and they said they were out without even looking. I took the initiative to look under the cabinet and found a whole bucket of it. These people are lazy and need to be replaced with people who know what it means to give customer service.

The staff seemed irritated we had a large order. Food packed with Mexican pizza on bottom so that it squished out and made the bag soggy and got a hole in it. Although it was fast, our order was missing the nachos bell grande.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Worker just stands there while nobody is working in orders. I lean over counter and see the only workers all sitting in the office. I ask front worker what’s happening and she says “they doing something on the computer”.

I went to taco bell drive through around 10:30. When I pulled up the young man was very rude and disrespectful. Bit what je doesn’t know is that I worked for corporate for 13 years before I got sick. I was so livid I didn’t bother to ask his name because I no longer wanted to talk to him. This needs to be looked into or you all are gonna loose a lot of customers. When I asked him was he having a bad day and told him he was coming off a little rude he shut the window as if he didn’t care to hear me out. I dont want the young man to lose his job but he need to understand that I’ve been through a lot and I could have been having a bad day as well. He really go under my skin and need a huge reality check because I could have made a call and had him removed immediately!!!
