I took my friend and her son to get dinner and they got the order wrong. Then once they went back in to get it corrected, the employees were argumentative and rude to her and her son who is only 13. It was a simple mistake that could have been amended quickly but somehow it took us over a half hour to get it done. The wait in line was long and the wait for them to rectify the situation was even longer. There were other customers there waiting a long time and also getting incorrect orders. If you hate your job, leave it. Find something else to do or learn to live with it and make the best of it.

Taco bell seems to have gotten better over the last several years. Cheese and lettuce is fresh, as is tortilla. Sits better in the stomach . Staying away from soda so asked for a water cup. They have to do it. The top is on so tight I couldn’t get it off to refill. What are they sonic welding this stuff in the back before they give it to you?
