From start to finish, I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. I’m always told to pull up for my order, no matter if there’s anyone behind me or not. Today, I waited for my order and saw 2 cars behind me getting their orders first and proceed to the exit. When they brought my order out, I said “thank you”, and she responded with “mhmmm”. There was no apology for the long wait or even “have a nice day”. When I get home, we realize that half our order was missing. The food we did get was dry, stale, and gross. The burritos were wrapped so bad, that they almost slid out when I picked them up.

Me and my significant other come here regularly, we went yesterday while waiting on our truck to get fixed , we’ve been here 4x this month and we just left from having lunch but our cashier yasmine was very accommodating! Customer service is awesome and I enjoy this spot .

Showed up at 1030 and they greeted us at the drive thru and asked what we wanted to order. When we ordered a fiesta burrito they said “actually we’re closed for the night, bye!” What the hell? Close this place down and put something better in it’s place, they’re wasting space and everyone’s time.

Well to begin, customer service lacks customer service. Slow preparedness at non busy times and a traffic jam on busy times. Original recipe chicken is way overly greasy. Crispy is overly cooked. This location lacks attention to detail. Parking needs some attention to appearance. Lobby & Dining area has seen an update that gives off an inviting atmosphere. You get what you paid for. Service is meh, haven’t been inside, and their new chicken nuggets are like 1/2 of the size of McDonald’s. Yes, I get it’s real chicken. However, they had like next to no breading nor any flavor on them. Do yourself a favor and make your own.

This location is always very slow. There is a wait no matter what you order. Im not sure if it’s the fact that they’re mixed with a KFC but they can’t get the orders out. Go down the road 2 miles to the Greenbrier location. Better service, better quality.

How in the world is this dump even still open?! Staff is lazy, don’t want to work and lack any form of customer service in its entirety. My tacos felt as if they were in a refrigerator and heated quickly but not thoroughly. My daughters crunch wrap was taken too literal with the word crunch. She struggled taking bites and it was drrrryyyyyy. I mean, the photos speak for themselves. The employees really should try just a little harder. Having such poor work ethic only shows how low their IQ is. How embarrassing! Taco Bell needs to lower their prices to match their standards. Then the disappointment wouldn’t be such a big deal.
