Doesn’t matter if we order in restaurant, takeout, door dash or drive thru our food is 80% the time messed up. Ask for no lettuce is our biggest request.. the lettuce sticks to the melted cheese so makes it hard to scrap it off and still keep half your meal. We’ve slowed on ordering from this location due to this. Price is always good though ♂️

Wow. Did you wonder why you’re dead at lunch? And the other fast food is slammed? I tried 3 times. The complacency is incredible. The second trip, counter person helped the guy in front of us..then walked away. No acknowledgement,no explanation. We left.3rd time, the counter person w head set too busy playing with kids to notice us, then when she did acknowledge us..she snapped “were taking kiosk orders” I have no problem with a kiosk. I started to place it…then it registered. I though hell no. I’m not accepting this behavior. Sorry, not sorry. You might as well close the lobby. If my employees ever treated my customers like that..they wouldn’t be employees. It’s no wonder you’re short staffed. I wouldn’t work beside that nonsense. Good luck, hope yall find better people before you loose more than my business.

I just went through the drive thru and the food was decent but the service was terrible. The girl taking orders was really short (attitude) and clearly couldn’t handle the simple task of taking orders. She had what appeared to be the manager to help her with the order and then had to have the cook bring me my food. It was extremely unprofessional and made me almost not even want to eat the food. If that was the kind of people they employ to work a simple cashier on the front end dealing with customers, I could imagine what the cooks are doing to your food.

Worst one in Chesapeake! They said they ran out of hamburger and all they had left were chicken tacos. Then they said we had to pay MORE money for the tacos because they were chicken and not beef. So, hey, who is responsible for making sure they have sufficient supplies on hand so that the customers aren’t impacted?! Yep, you got it … their management. Which is clearly lacking. And, their window people have virtually no Customer Service training, either. No, “thank you’s, no we’re sorry, or please come back again.” They act like they hate their job and they’re doing you a BIG favor by even taking your order. Typical “you owe me!” attitudes. Every time I go here they mess up my order or worse they can’t even get an order out because their machine is down. When trying to check my order in the drive-tru, they get mad that I’m doing so. Whats even worse is their app. Other places with apps you get your refund right there. Even when it’s their fault, like they didn’t have the item that was ordered. They charged the full amount after saying it was going to refund by the next day. The managers are not any help. It’s not worth the headache. Keep your money and go elsewhere. The service sucjs

Went to this location last week…they had all the lights off in the parking lot, when going through the drive through the said they could only take exact change, when asked if they are taking cards, the woman paused and responded with..their card machine is down. It was only 6 I do not know why they where closing so early.

This location is forever closing hours early. Every time we check ahead if they’re open, then drive out there to see all the lights off or be told by the drive thru that they’re closed because they’re short staffed. I get it, finding employees can be hard, but at least adjust your store hours temporarily and update them online so that people aren’t driving out there to be turned away.

Highly suggest you call before eating your gas. I have came for breakfast one-day and dinner tonight at 10:20p.m. and they are closed. It’s sad they don’t have the decency to notify the customers when they chose to do this.

Last week this Taco Bell was just drive thru and a couple days ago it was exact change only and tonight their entire system is down. Not entirely sure what is goin on here but I won’t be back as I came at 3 different times at night and it’s the same. ♀️
