Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window with no explanation other than the girl at the window when we paid saying your order will be ready “soon”. Then they just stared at us while we waited on our food! No one said anything else at all to us until 15 minutes later when our food was ready, then the manager I’m assuming came to the window and gave us free taco,soft taco, or Doritos locos tacos with our “next order”! Even tho the manager was nice, they should have updated us and given us free tacos or something without it being in our next order!!! This is unexceptionable! Period!

All my food tastes old couldn’t finish the crunch wrap because it was hard the feisty potatoes tasted old also its 6 pm on Sunday the services never said hello or come to the front we had to order on the computer

Received my food thru doordash. Placed my order online, asked for NO spicy sauce on the Chessy Gordita Crunch (came with sauce), asked for 3 soft tacos (1 with no lettuce & 2 with no lettuce, no tomatoes). Got 2 with tomatoes and one with nothing but meat and cheese.

There was a fight in the parking lot. Reached out to the app customer service survey thing to get a refund and still have not heard anything back. Had to go and order at another taco bell in town, and they forgot a taco on our order. No one has reached out about either incident…

Ordered the Cinnabon iced coffee.. tasted terrible and looked nothing like the photo.. it was basically really watered down coffee with a tast of cinnamon on the first sip. The rest of it was watery coffee.. if they don’t know how to make it just say it. Breakfast was also sad. This is sad.

Overall, I like this location, today was the first time I’ve had a negative experience. It’s a newer location with clean facilities and usually good food. Tonight caused me to dock a star from from what would have been a full rating. They claimed the fryer to be broken. A corporate bldg.with new equipment? That doesn’t make sense. We then needed to restructure our order, no biggie. Fast forward 5 minutes to eating it at home. The burritos and tacos were fine. The Mexican pizza however was not tasty. I give them credit for making it to order (no beans, no tomatoes, add nacho cheese). There’s a sauce that goes on top..a tomato one. It was burned and bitter. Someone would have over cooked it and scooped from the crusty edge to get that flavor. The crew tonight did not want to work and their customers suffered for it. Honestly the saddest excuse of a Crunchwrap I’ve ever seen, this location has slow/poor attitude crew. This isn’t the first order they have messed up or forgotten something. Unfortunately their bags are now sealed and you can’t do a quick check.

I visited the new facility on Rt 10 in Suffolk, Va. It was around 12:45pm and I ordered Nachos Bell Grande and a a Taco Supreme. It was delicious. Everything was hot and fresh! The restaurant was very clean and organized!

Had to give one star. Today at 12:20 10/7/22. Drive through light skin girl with piercings was very rude. To ty or even if I paid right about since she was worried more bout her phone than my bank acct. Get home to find no sauce after I asked twice. Was ignored as very rude. Food great as usual but service was unacceptable when I’m already paying more for my meal due to their pay increase. I normally don’t ever complain on any place figuring someone has a bad day as I will have a bad day sometimes but today was unacceptable.
