DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Service was horrible and unaccommodating. Simply ordered 3 regular crunch tacos. Bag handed to me was ripped and wadded up. Got home to find my tacos were barely half full. So disappointing. Regret going out of my way for this.

THE worst Taco Bell. The food is as disgusting as it looks. I know is a KFC too but I only hear “Taco Bell only!!!” at the speaker. I don’t come to this location a lot but often enough and the food is this way every time. These supremes just felt too disgusting to wear the wrappers were soaked in I guess grease? I couldn’t tell and definitely wouldn’t eat. Not worth hassling them over $10.

So I’m a door dasher. Last night I went there to pick up two orders. They closed the lobby so I had to get in the drive thru. After 20 minutes I was able to pick up one of the my orders. They told me that the second order wasn’t ready and to go deliver the first one. I couldn’t because my app was glitching. They said I couldn’t wait there for the order. So I pulled back into line. After another 20 minutes (my customers were very cool about it) I go to pick up the second order, only to be told THEY JUST HANDED IT TO ANOTHER DRIVER AHEAD OF ME. THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS.

I live next to this Taco Bell/KFC and have gone to it so many times. Mainly out of convenience because it’s right down the street, but my god are they the slowest workers, and not friendly either. The food isn’t always freshly made, and orders aren’t right fairly often. The Burger King right next to them, is FANTASTIC. They are quick, and super friendly and I love them. It sucks because I love Taco Bell so much, so this location, right at the beach where it gets busy, is such a disappointment.

They need to shut this place down. Tacos had the tiniest portion of ‘meat’ …in the world. 3 pieces of scraggly lettuce…no sour cream as requested. The pot pie ordered was dry as I dont know what. They dont answer so you take a trip there to get your refund….and kick yourself for not reading these very real reviews in advance or inspecting your bag before pulling off. The owner needs to be fined for obviously not caring what kind of people work there. Period.

Service members are rather lazy and complacent. Wife overheard one worker state that he would give us the smallest chicken legs, laughing, to another worker, to which I thought she just miss heard what was stated. However, once we looked at our order, sure enough, we had extremely small chicken legs that were also extremely over cooked and dry. We just ended up trashing the food, waste of money and waste of time.

I ordered a chicken chipotle melt for my girlfriend, she stated it had a funny taste and was missing the chipotle sauce (pretty sad considering it’s only ONE of TWO ingredients) and a few hours later, you guessed it, she was sick. I highly doubt that’s coincidence as I’ve read some other “lovely’ reviews about the food quality. On top of that, the staff seems to rush people out and consistently have an attitude. They barely say a word and when they do, it’s with a rude tone. They don’t say anything when handing you the order either, they just wave your bag out the window like you’re a dog before slamming the window. Someone needs to take control here.
