Dear owner, The crew working on 8/19/2023 at about 12:30AM all deserve a raise. The taco loco supremes looked just like the ones on the menu. If the guy at the drive through isn’t a manager, he could be. Excellent service. I’ve been to plenty of taco bells late at night, this location was great by daytime standards.

I just went through the drive through, the person taking my order could care less and put it in so slow that I couldn’t confirm it on the menu screen then when I get to the window and give them my card I see they are on their phone , they hand me my bag and I ask for sauce since there is none in the bag, they give me my card and walk away. Didn’t give me my drink or sauce. I waited 5 minutes while saying hello, excuse me and nothing do I go inside and they look at me like I’m crazy while they continue the conversation on their phone. I have no receipt to know their name. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a Taco Bell.

Put in an order on the app. Showed up at 7:20am (store opens at 7am) and no one was at the speaker to help. Door was also locked. I waited 10 mins but nothing. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Drive through female with dreads had a bad attitude. My drink was over spilled and just leaned it over to spill on me did t say sorry or anything. Balled up my receipt and put it out the window with no eye contact or thank you. Did t ask if. Wanted any sauce and gave me a blank stare when I ask for sauce.

Husband and I went through drive through tonight. Place the very first part of our order, literally one item, and the man said “is that all?” My husband politely told the employee that we had several more items to order. Tried to order another regular menu item, they don’t have it, but put something else up on the screen. It’s whatever, we have someone who will eat it anyway. Every time my husband orders a single item the employee says “is that all?”. Sir, we will let you know when we are done! We don’t need attitude when we are being polite.
