I have been coming to this Taco Bell for the past 3 years. I’ve never had a bad experience while visiting. Occasionally the service is slow but that is expected at a fast food restaurant. The food is always prepped and wrapped neatly. The bathrooms and seating area are kept clean. There is a self help station to order quickly and condiments located near the drink machine. The staff is always friendly, especially the drive thru cashiers. Keep up the great work!

Went to the window to order a meal and the first thing I recieved was “ card reader isn’t working, we are only accepting cash” which is totally fine so my next question was if I could order there and pay inside and I guess the manager of the location said no you can’t do that if you want your meal your going to have to come inside. I understand there are bad days but me as a customer.. what have I done? I can’t even ask questions. This is the second time I had a bad customer service experience. Will no longer be returning to this location.

The woman that took our order though the drive-through, Cynthia, is absolutely amazing! I’m convinced she is the kindest staff member of taco bell. She is such an amazing asset to this company. Cynthia deserves a raise. It’s hard to have the energy she has working with the public.

Frequently mess up the order. I have paid for enough sour cream to be good for the rest of my life with how often they don’t actually give it to you. By the time you get home, you don’t want to turn around and go back. Checking when they give it to you only makes the cashier a little irritated. I did have one cashier at this location that straight up went after the cooks after she reminded them, and they assured her it was on my food. Welp, it wasn’t, and she just took off to the back to get on them. But still, she shouldn’t have to go through all that trouble. The food is usually good. The quesadilla has gotten a bit sloppy.

It’s a taco bell, what more can you expect.. the employees were very polite.. they made sure that my order was correct, and they made sure that I had all the sauces that I wanted.. they gave me my food in a very short time frame, which was very convenient.. the atmosphere was very quiet, and clean.. the food, well everyone knows what taco bell tastes like.. the food isn’t nasty, but at the same time it’s not great.. it’s cheap and fast.. it’s a perfect place for anyone that has a short lunch at work.. that about sums it up..

Great location. Speedy service. Friendly staff. The cleanliness of the dining room is notable. Was in here twice today, first in the morning for breakfast, then many hours later for dinner and both times there was a consistent kept up appearance. This is not to be taken for granted. A lot of locations just don’t the importance of these details.
