Taco Bell is one of the staples on my diet. I frequent all of the Hampton Roads locations. This one always stands out, it’s very consistent. It’s one of the slower locations but everything is always fresh. It’s worth the wait. The staff is amazing and super friendly with the couple of issues I have had dining there of the years. Never have I left the location unhappy.

This Taco Bell has gone down hill over the year. The self ordering kiosk made ordering simple and easy, but the associates aren’t friendly or helpful. The order may or may not be correct. The inside is always dirty and the food preparation has slowed down.

We ordered a big order and had to check we were missing stuff so we went back around then after getting what we missed we went home and EVERYTHING was soggy,cold,and un editable we only live 3 mins away so out drive didn’t cause the nastiness on top of that all the food was wrong we asked for no sour cream they all had it,asked for no lettuce on some all had it….I spent 66 dollars and threw away half the food! I’m posting pictures for reference.

Ordered 70 dollars of food, missed food food we did get were made wrong. Asked to pull around the building to see roaches galore crawling around right by the front door. This place is disgusting and I will never go back here. Honestly livid at this experience.

Wait time wasn’t bad, but we ordered 2 of the new loaded taco burrito that had “double meat” and on one there was maybe a teaspoon of meat then the other had maybe a tablespoon so definitely not as advertised. Don’t get the cheesy fiesta potatoes, very hard! They remade the burritos and they were great the second time around just wish we didn’t have to drive 20 min again to have that done.
