I really miss the Mexi-melt and I want Nacho fries to be a regular item on the menu. But, since I can’t have the two things I like, I get soft tacos. It was good and didn’t cause me any stomach aches. I wish it was a little hotter for the cheese to melt. The drive thru line moved fast and the staff were extremely polite. I started to give three stars, but remembered how nice the staff was and made it four.

Drive thru .. 6 soft tacos were absolutely smooshed flat. With almost nothing inside. For $17 ?! Won’t go back any time soon.

It’s time to renew 90% of your staff; manager included. We waited for 25 minutes today 10/26/22. Woman came out and told us they were sorry for the wait but they were trying to clear out the complaining customers at the counter.

Hi Jonathan! You rang up my order like I asked with XTRA guac XTRA sour cream and XTRA lettuce. Let the picture please explain itself. I hope the kitchen gets trained as good as Jonathan because he has always been great! The other people in that store need to be more like him because that is true and honest customer service. Thanks kitchen for my teaspoon of guac in the whole bowl! We also said no red sauce on the burrito supreme and the kitchen messed that up too!

It would be nice if the kiosk knew when the store was out of something before you order it only to find out they’re out.

We ordered a chicken Power bowl and the chicken was very dry and appeared to be leftover from the day before. Not very good.

So, I earned something new, we have a extra large family. So it’s not unusual for us to order (2) family packs as well as other items. I am not sure if you are aware but with all the staffing shortages and you can’t say there aren’t any. They want you to order on the kiosk. So we get this huge $75.00 order entered in to the kiosk and it says that there is an error. So now we have to try and get an employees attention to place our order the old fashioned way. Imagine that actually interacting with a real live person. So this is the good/bad thing. Because some of our kids like tomatoes and lettuce on their tacos okay, I do. My favorite is the Supreme, so we learned that you can say plain shells, hard or soft and everything on the side. My only complaint is they were extremely stingy with the meat, we had 7 shells left over plenty of lettuce or what Levi likes to call salad.
