So when inside to order food but went to the bathroom first. When I to wash my hands there was no running water. I already had soap in my hand that was not able to wash my hands. I tried multiple times. Had to go to the men’s bathroom just to wash my hands. When I brought it to the girl’s attention that run the front she said that it’s been that way for a month. The staff goes in the kitchen area and washes their hands but that is dangerous and disgusting.

I ordered my food, and I did not get what I ordered. I was in the drive-through. The woman that was working the drive-through was outside playing with a child. She finaly got in to wait on me. Then I got the wrong order. I had to go back to the window. No one was at the window. I had to blow the horn a few times to get someone to look out and see what it was. A lady from the cooking area saw me and got the lady to the window. The food was just about cold. Coffee was Luke warm. It was not a good morning!

DON’T USE A CASH APP CARD PEOPLE WORKING THERE WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD TWO DIFFERENT TIMES TWO DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS! Used my cash app card to purchase food looked at my cash app the next day knowing I had about $20 saw I have none. Looked at recent transactions store charged me 2 times for one visit. I feel dumb I bragged on this taco bell because they never messed up my order here they are charging people 2 times. Disgraceful and Should be ashamed.

It’s gotten to where every time we go, if there’s food for more than a single person, there’s something missing. You really need to go inside and open the bag there. Last time they forgot several orders of avocado. Time before two quesadillas. Today was nachos and a taco. 100% failure rate at this location.

I went through the drive through and explicitly said I don’t want sour cream. She tells me no problem. At the window I asked if the order with no sour cream could be labeled so it didn’t get mixed up with my buddies. The guy preparing my order said they both has sour cream, clearly within earshot. Rather than fix it, he simply labeled it as not having sour cream and gave it to me anyway. I get fast food cab be a tiring job, but man this just outright laziness. Like my brother I can clearly hear the conversation and I know you didn’t even bother.

Very poor customer service, only people in there and every single table was dirty, something was leaking from the ceiling , on our table… and the person standing at register was on his phone and didn’t even take our order correctly so we had to order again and wait another 10 minutes for that food and still never got the cup for the meal
