It’s sad when you place your order and double check order at the drive thru only to realize that they still got it wrong. I ordered a steak burrito with everything except rice. I asked not once but twice to confirm no rice. The drive thru employee confirmed. I paid and and pulled over just to make sure. Not only was it rice inside but it was missing the steak. Smh. I went back thru the drive thru and the same lady was there. I showed her my content and she apologized awkwardly and told them to remake it. The looks on the their faces were priceless. I didn’t say anything, just left. Smh. As you were.

No sauce for tacos and burritos. I called store and inquired about it. Mgr said I do online orders. Your employees aren’t putting sauce with my order so my order is incomplete. The mgr saids I do online orders since we opened today. I told her you missed putting sauce in my order. Food don’t taste right without the sauces.

Store is empty, not one person in drive thru line or lobby, the rain starts to come down, I pull up to the drive thru to pick up my doordash order. She quickly go silent after my announcement then it’s You’re going to have to come in for that! All they literally had to do was grab the bag and handed it to me through the window. NO ONE AT THE RESTAURANT ATALL! So I walk in and they all just stare at me so sad.

Ordered tacos, a deluxe burrito, and Tostados from the Forest Rd location. The tacos were nearly meatless as were the Tostados. The deluxe burrito was okay per my wife. But I will go to the Timberlake location next time.

11.2.21 This crew was on point! Dined in and used the kiosk to order. Competed order and turned around our drink cups were sitting on the counter. By the time we filled our drinks our food was ready and it was made very well. Great experience.

Love the grilled stuffed burrito… however, it is never made the same, always taste different & is put together differently. My order is never correct, regardless of the time of day. They are usually quite happy to offer to correct the mistake or offer free food next visit. Service is usually fast & friendly.
