I went thru the drive-thru window to order my go to steak quesadilla. The food had no taste and was warm at best and Kristina who was working the window was very rude and offered very ill sprite when I asked for sour cream. I love Martinsburgs taco bell so I think I’ll drive the extra 8 minutes to get my food for now on.

Order was wrong, ordered 2 plain tacos with just lettuce and onion. They put sour cream and tomatoes on it. They won’t answer their phone when I tried calling them called 4 times And nobody would answer

Ordered 3 Mexican pizza meals and got home and 2 of them looked like this. Who ever packed the food put the pizza’s vertically. Called the store and the manager could care less. A sorry would have been nice. The lack of empathy and rude customer service is why I gave it a 1 star.

I did a drive through order today, got all the way home, sat down to eat… and there were NO toppings. I mean mistakes happen but how do you forget ALL the toppings!?!?!?! I wish I had time to take it back… seems deliberate because I don’t know how this can happen otherwise.
