12 minutes for 4 tacos and the shells were stale. How do you have stale shells when you fry them on site? There was nobody in drive thru waiting and no one inside and yet it still took 12 minutes because one poor guy was cooking and assembling while 4 high school or college girls stood around on their phones or making fancy drinks… with the price of fast food nowadays just go legitimately across the street to mi pueblo.

The place isn’t open if you try to get breakfast most days. I have actually spent my entire 30 minute lunch break sitting in their drive thru waiting for my food. And don’t EVEN leave the window until you’ve checked your bag. Was pulling away and noticed they had forgotten something in my order, went back, they refused to even talk to me, and never did straighten my order out.

Staff could be more attentive to customers at counter waiting to order. I resent just standing and waiting to be acknowledged, especially when they were not busy, and one person was just standing and watching whatever, ….if they had been busy with orders/customers, etc., I can and will be very patient.

Yo quiero Taco Bell! Lol, I think they do better if you eat in rather than carry out or get food via the drive-thru. I would recommend getting supreme tacos instead of just regular so you get the sour cream. They are way better this way. I just wish I could get them to portion the meat, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream evenly across the taco! You also can’t go wrong with the steak or chicken quesadilla!

This place was pretty average at best. Cashier’s register machine didn’t work inside the restaurant, had to use the kiosk. Still only received one receipt by text instead of two because I went back to order something else at the kiosk. Part of my order had a large unsweetened tea but they didn’t even have large cups which I would have found out if I could have ordered at the counter like a normal person. I do not like those stupid kiosks. Having told the young man at the counter when I picked up my food that I paid for a large drink, he did offer a medium and a soft taco or something. I negotiated two medium drinks instead. Then of course there were no tops for the medium size drinks. Most Taco Bells that I’ve been to have been really organized but this particular place was not at all. If it wasn’t for the double beef grilled cheese burrito( which was really very good) I would probably only give this a two-star rating.
