Went there today, and ordered a diet mountain dew. Was handed a very warm cup, with no ice. The color seemed off and It appeared to have carbonation on the on the cup, but not in the drink itself, so I poured it into another cup that I had, which had a few ice cubes. It was so hot that the ice cubes pretty much melted immediately, and there was zero carbonation. Apparently it was sitting somewhere hot for a long time and then given to a customer? Strange. Threw it out.

This place is a travesty. I recently went there to eat a meal and experienced something one might expect out of a Black Lives Matter comic book. After waiting for 5 min and not being given a drink cup and seeing employees standing around I inquired about my food only to learn that everyone in the restaurant who were apparently there long before me, had still yet to be served. Seeing that employees were standing around and food wasn’t being prepared I decided to get a refund. That’s when the real fun began. The manager, Tiffany, an appetite robbing and slovenly display of sorryness decided to cop an attitude with me. Rather than politely handing me my money and sending me on my marry way she decided to run her mouth. I put her in her place, much to the other customers amusement, and now chuckle when I ride by there remembering that experience, content to never eat there again.

Was passing through and this location took me back to the early 2000’s when taco bell was pretty good. I should of known with its 100% rating. Highly recommend this taco bell for that throw taste.

There were only 2 people working but the food was absolutely wonderful some of the best I have had from any Taco Bell. They were working hard and deserve to be rewarded for their efforts.

Food was fine, service was nice, but they gave me the wrong tacos, soft instead of crunchy, and its my fault- I didnt realize till I got to the house of the person who ordered… So yeah. They had to eat soft tacos instead. But they were still supremes like ordered, and everything else was right. And the people were friendly and professional. So again, they made a mistake, but I know they would have fixed it had I checked it like I should have.

I called to tell them that my nacho bell grande had no cheese on it and the big African American girl is the one that answered the phone and the one who took my order i remember her voice and when i finished talking she said man as if she was annoyed and hung up in my face… i called back and no one answered then someone took the hook off the phone so i got line busy.

Very consistent even when they seem to be short staffed. Super friendly staff & always great food. I’ve gotten food from here a lot and they’ve never messed up my order even when I had an accommodation.
