This is made nothing like they show online. I asked for no jalapenos and got them anyway. SMH, they don’t listen. I asked for meat and received not a drop. My potatoes that I received almost broke my teeth out. That’s how stale they were. I couldn’t even eat them. The wrap for my crunch wrap was burnt to a crisp.

I place in order online with door dash a little after 11pm. I order the deluxe craving box. But when I got my order my drink was missing dasher had to go back to get it. They put the wrong item I ordered in my bag nacho chips and cheese dip. I ordered the nacho fries with chipotle sauce. When people place orders, please don’t make dicisions giving them what you prefer to have cause you in a hurry or bad mood. It’s like they paying for your order. Managers need to check they employees to make sure they preparing the orders right before it’s sent out to the customers on your post tablet. The order states what is what and you still didn’t comprehend to fixing it right. Treat people food the way you want yours. If you out of items have the dasher or the manager call as well to ask if they want something else to place to what you don’t have available. Don’t just give them what you prefer not a good choice to make when you not paying for the order.

The food I ordered was good but I did have to wait awhile for it. One employee was on front line who was off the clock had to make my food for me and three other customers waiting with me. And while he was going back and forth making our food he was talking loud and using profanity to another worker. I appreciate him stepping up and helping out but atmosphere was not family friendly.

Horrible management. If I could give them zero stars I would. Just left there my boyfriend paid over $30 for some ghetto school cafeteria tasting food. Before we even had made it officially up to the counter a woman behind the register says “Y’all know what y’all want”? The other women were gossiping and chatting it up more than they were working. The whole experience was just horrible. We always check our food but we didn’t notice any obvious faults within our purchase until we left. Our food was messy, soggy and unorganized. A complete disaster. Horrible attitude having women!!!! People work hard for their money and deserve to get what they pay for!!! Do not come here.

The slowest workers I’ve seen. I came through the drive thru at midnight and there were only 3 cars infront. After I paid they told me to pull to the front where I proceeded to wait 40 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD THAT WAS COLD!!! Wish I could give a zero star

Short staffed so had to wait really long. The drink machine was out of syrup on several types of soda including the sparkling water and tea!!! Lastly, they were out of mild and medium sauce. WTDeuce yo?!?! What saved them was that my food was made correctly and in exchange for my beverage I was able to get the orange cream soda slushy. Really really good! Proud of the employees there. They were really working under pressure.
