Quality is awful. They don’t fill the shells anywhere near an adequate amount. My Crunchwrap Supreme was basically paper thin! It’s been this way for years. This place should be shut down.

Absolutely do not go here. My wife placed an online order and paid for it and when I got there to pick it up they tried to make me pay for it again. They would not make the food unless I paid for it again. I asked if they had any contact information for a local franchisee or corporate and they said they didn’t have it . I left. There is a charge on our bank statement for $34 and they stated they did not get the so we did not get any food. We have reached out to them multiple times with no response. This is criminal activity.

Avoid this location like the plague. The drive thru is slow, and the inside is even slower. I ordered online at 1:15 pm. The drive thru was so long that I nearly ran out of gas, so I parked and came inside at 1:30ish. I informed the cashier in front that my I placed a mobile order, and he handed me a cup for my drink. I waited patiently as people came and left after me. Finally,I asked the person in the drive thru about my order, and she looked shocked that I was there. Shortly after, they made my order, and I left. Did the cashier even tell them to make my order? I was late clocking back in to work and couldn’t even eat the food. What a waste of money and time.

Went this morning around 10:07am, and they weren’t even open. Told me they needed 15 minutes, ok. Went back, walked inside and ordered breakfast at the kiosk. As my name appeared on their screen in kitchen I was then informed they didn’t have breakfast. The saving grace is the lady was nice enough to offer me an alternative or a refund which I accepted my refund. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Got the number 2 on the menu. It was 3 soft taco supremes and a drink. First off who drinks a half gallon of soda. That’s the size you get but when it comes to the tacos. They were so small you could combine all 3 into one. I opened the one that’s supposed to have diced tomatoes on it. Sure there was one little piece. Yes that’s right one little piece. Very little lettuce that was the white bad part of the head.The meat sauce was skimpy and so was the sour cream. I seen about 4 strings of cheese. We ask for mild sauce packets and get home to find they were all fire sauce. My side of the meal was around 11.00 dollars with a pinto and cheese. With the cost of everything going up I don’t mind paying some extra but this meal wasn’t worth 5 bucks. This was the first time I was at this location and it’s probably the last. If you’re reading this before you go here do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You have service people pushing you through the line and ripping you off. I’m tired of giving up my hard earned money for sub par SLOP.

The worst taco bell I’ve ever been to if there was a 0 stars it would be to much. Their were employees smoking weed in the building they said they can’t take cash payments and waited an hour for my food the place was disgusting aswell

While waiting for my food a two Taco Bell employees were having an argument about bring stress and having a bad day in front of myself and other customers. Profanity laced language I might add. Very unprofessional and my order was wrong. One customer had to come inside from the drive thru because no one would answer at the speaker.

I ordered 2 cheesy roll ups and a soft taco. I was told at the window that my total came up $2.87. I said that that sounded suspicious because each item that I placed on the order is over $1 each. Raevon looked at me like I was crazy. I received my receipt and only 1 cheesy roll up was rang up. I got a cheesy roll up for free. Thank you for that. Please just don’t look at me like im acting crazy for your mistake lol.
