I’ve lived at Mcgees crossroads for over 10 years. This Taco Bell always has issues. Always! Low staff and long wait times. LONG WAIT TIMES! The food is still on par with regular Taco Bell food though. I’ve chosen, over the years, to dine at Wendy’s or McDonald’s for this main reason. The staff has always been pleasant though. Never had an issue with an employee. I’m guessing upper hiring management and the franchise’s owner are to look at for this hiccup at this location. I had to add this after reading the other reviews. Most people are on agreement that this place is SLOW and the food is subpar. Like I said 10 years… 10! It’s still the same. Gotta be the franchise owner. DO NOT contact me for meal discounts to change my review. Id sleep in the parking lot and wait for Redneck bbq lab to open up before I eat at this location again.

I was in town working at the local CVS and I must say everytime I visited this Taco Bell on both 05/23 and 05/24, they took great care of me. Exceptional service, exceptional food and exceptional atmosphere. I will be visiting again next time that I am in town! Thank you guys and keep up the great work.

Had me pull around. Then brought the Taco Bell food out, but was in a KFC box. Came back a few minutes later with the same bag. They were using that for the taco bell box. Waited about 10 minutes. Menu price difference from what was charged initially

I am giving them 5 stars not because I thought the food was good because I only ordered a soda at the drive through, but when they handed me the small cup of soda for almost $3, I told them that price for a drink that size was ridiculous, drove off, leaving few cents in change behind and that was rude of me. I am so used to getting a large drink at MacDonalds for less than a buck fifty that I was caught off guard and I was also having a “moment”. That being said, I know that the cost of everything is ridiculous and it is not the staff’s fault. I offer my sincere apology for being a rude customer.

Worse tacos ever! Less than a teaspoon of beef, gobs of excess sour cream, not properly wrapped and spilled contents inside bag. What a mess. I threw $11 lunch in the garbage. Not fit for my dog. Training of associates at this location is desperately needed.

Worst ran tacobell ever. They make you pull up even for one taco. There will be No one behind you and still. Go inside and they spend more time looking at the screen and talking about cars outside than they do work.

I never leave reviews, but thisbl is by far the worst fast food place I’ve ever ordered from. Every time I come here they have you pull off to the side where at least 5 cars are also waiting for food. I’ve ordered here 3 times on different days and times and have never gotten my food I less that 20 minutes. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to wait. As an aside, each time the staff always seems to be standing around inside…..
