They can’t fulfill an order to save their lives this is the worst taco bell I’ve ever seen the staff here needs to be fired, 3$for a soft taco and they can’t even make that right asked for sauces there was nothing in the bag just like the taco if I could leave a negative star review I would and the tortilla is old/expired

This place is terrible. Choose somewhere else. The service is the slowest I’ve seen of any taco bell. I placed my order at 5:15 and didn’t get my food until 5:53. They claimed they could not find my mobile order because it “has already been checked in”, but I don’t believe this was the case, as my app directly conflicted with that.

Terrible. No one passes the food to the front lobby. Everyone ignores you. I waited 40 min for my food. This is the 3rd time this happens. I can’t even ask anyone if my food is ready cause they ignore you. Got home. And my crunchwrap had no meat in it. And my 5 layer burrito had no meat either. Who is going to give me my refund? This is ridiculous.

This is beyond the worst experience I have had with a fast food restaurant. I ordered my food via the app. I received 2 text messages stating my food was ready for pick up. I asked 2 employees after each text to ensure my food was ready. Both times, I was told yes. At this point, over 40 minutes had passed since I placed my order. Another customer who ordered his food approximately 40 from mine received their food without a glitch. The employee was shocked that I had not received my food. I asked for a refund and was told they could not process it as a manager needed to do this. On top of no one offering to make my food immediately, I was unable to get my refund back. I was told the manager would contact me tomorrow. This location, even before the remodeling and reopening, has always had terrible service. I would suggest you all take your business elsewhere.

Still in shock. I got my food fast and it was perfect. Good riddance to previous KFC combo iteration of this location. The other new location in Clayton (near Flowers) takes a ridiculously long time to produce orders. Currently 2.8 stars at this HWY 70 location HAS to be because of the old KFC combo building. They should make an entirely new Google listing for this literal new building, even though it’s in the same place. This location is now the best Taco Bell around ❤️

Should’ve cut ties with Taco Bell when they tore down the old building. Nothing has changed as far as service. Three times we’ve given them a chance and three times we were disappointed. The first visit no one came to the drive thru. The last two visits we’ve had to speak up and ask if they were open because no one acknowledged that we were there waiting. Today, most likely our final visit, they said they were cooking fresh hashbrowns and when we received our order they were burned to a crisp. We also received the wrong meat in our quesadilla. There was only one car in the parking lot and one car at the drive thru window yet we waited about 15-20 minutes.

My son ordered for us here. We got two Deluxe Craving Boxes. Absolutely NONE of our requests were honored. They give options for chicken, steak, or beef. We selected chicken and got beef anyway. We selected NO sour cream and everything was smothered in it. We selected no refried beans and the order had them anyway. Definitely will not be ordering from this Taco Bell again. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering, I could have saved the money and got something edible. Can’t add photos, it’s in the trash where it belongs.

Not sure what happened to this Tacobell but food used to be better. Service now has gotten so low and the food made is sub par vs other tacobells. Ordered food at 8:06 pm and still waiting at 8:53pm. Employees are less than courteous especially given the fact I waited literally an hour for my order. Honestly moving forward will def make the effort to go to to another location.
