Dinner was great. Our order was completed very quickly. I ordered via the Taco Bell app. Our order was correct, and the food was great. The staff wrapped up our meal and taped the bag closed. Everything was still warm when we got home (about 6 miles).

We ordered door dash from this place and almost everything came wrong. We ordered and double checked with the receipt, a chicken chalupa meal 2 cheesy gordita crunches 2 chips and cheese and an extra drink. We were told they had no drinks so we didn’t receive them.the chicken chalupas came as steak slathered in ranch that wasn’t asked for. Both cheesy gorditas came as regular tacos and the chips were smashed and the cheese that came with them was pathetic which I will prove with attached pictures. I know it’s Taco Bell and it’s not great food anyway but this was really bad.

This Taco Bell is absolutely failing. Door Dash orders re wrong. Every day they say the don’t have food. Don’t even bother if its late. They advertise what they don’t have anymore. I don’t even remember the last time the had baja blast. When they remodeled it was a great place, but now its trash. Floors are always sticky. Attitude from employees. Rushed in the drive thru even though you’re going to be waiting a hot minute. It’s like they don’t even want business here.

Waited 45 minutes to not get food. had a fair amount of customers but was not packed, cashier could not tell me an eta for food so I asked for a refund which they could only provide a receipt. With no refund. Made me late for work. What I want to know is who thought it was a good idea to have 2 employees in the entire store on an afternoon on the WEEKEND. These employees we’re clearly overworked and trying their best. The failure is on management.

I’ve never gotten so much attitude for a misplaced order. I’ve worked in the industry for over 15 years, and not once have I had an encounter as this. I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for awhile and each time the attitude, disrespect, and rudeness is just insane. They misplaced my order, says a doordash picked up. So now I can’t get my food or money? Insane. How’s that on me? That’s on y’all. Check your orders. Needless to say stay far away from management and this place.

When I first stepped in the door, every step I took in the front area my shoes stuck to the the floor like someone had spilled soda all over the floor and they just let it dry there. When I got my drink (I chose Mt Dew Zero) it tasted like the water used for it was bad, like a bitter minerally/metallic taste so I went to get another option and I chose Diet Mt Dew Baja Blast and that came out just sparkling water. So I told one of the ladies behind the counter about the Baha Blast being out and she just replied in a very indifferent tone without even looking at me “…we know”; so then I let her know about the Mt Dew Zero being messed up and she gave the same indifferent response. Terrible customer service and disgusting atmosphere!

Decent for a Taco Bell. The service has been hit and miss with staffing issues over the last couple of years. When they aren’t too busy, it seems like they do pretty well. The Bojangles next door doesn’t seem to have the same staffing issues though. I wonder if it is a corporate issue, or more local. Hopefully they will get the staffing right and be back where they were a few years ago.

Ordered craving box that came with Doritos loco,waited for 30 minutes for food, finally got food and turns out they gave me a spicy Doritos loco when I was expecting the regular one nacho cheese,so I went to the counter to try to get the right one but they state; * we only have spicy shells* rather than seeing that someone order the nacho Doritos loco and ask if they want to substitute it out for something else instead was given the spicy one no questions asked

Worst Taco Bell EVER!!! Worst customer service ever! Don’t forget anything on your order in drive through like a side of cheese because magically they can’t add anything on to an order at the drive through. And they won’t let you say anything to them after they’ve taken your money, they slam that window so fast after they run your card. And don’t you dare even try to go inside because the incompetence doesn’t stop at the drive through. They can’t take any money because their register is “broken” and doesn’t open…. they won’t even take 60 cents from you and ring up a side of cheese later. They would rather not sell you anything at all.
