Update 8/23/23—- LOL Against my better judgement I decided hey I’ll try again and maybe they got better—— Nope out of TACO shells…. How the absolute Hell does a taco place run out of taco shells… seriously Taco Bell mgmt do you read reviews???? Fine just make me soft tacos and can I get some sauce packets….. and guess what they are out of those to….. tell you what Taco Bell just shut your doors … you tried… you did but jesh just stop… sell out / change owners something. I have to say that this is my favorite Taco Bell in the area! From day one, the management and staff have been super amazing and prompt. The food is always fresh! Other than them completely forgetting my drink on my last visit, I am very satisfied with this establishment. I was told I can come get my drink another day. Thank you Taco Bell for being a great asset to our neighborhood!

Drive through is incredibly slow. After 15 min from ordering, I get to window and wait. Worker asks me to move forward, so I do. Then I notice in side view mirror they are motironing me to back up. Found out they were triggering their system to make it look like people are moving through drive through quickly. If I ever go back, I wont be playing that game. Rest assured I’m spreading the word.

So it’s one of the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, but with that being said they need to be more generous on the fillings inside the quesadillas. The food was good, but had a lack of the cheese, sauce, and meat. The employees were great and like I said this was the cleanest Taco Bell I ever been to. Will definitely come back again and hopefully they can be more generous on the food fillings.

I went to Taco Bell last week ordered almost 13 dollars worth of food!! Soft taco supreme combo add cinnamon twists!! I sit n line 30 mins and the lady said it’s almost done, then they couldn’t find my order! I finally got tired of it n left without food or refund!! Ordered dd today n was missing 3 items!! Is it this complicated to do anything right!? I’ve worked in the restaurant business n I understand mistakes happen! But everytime u go? Unacceptable!! I will not go back!!

Did all our food pretty good. Had breakfast there and our breakfast burritos and all were ready in timely fashion. Only complaint was not as much guacamole as we have gotten at other restaurants when we ordered extra and I’m fairly certain they put in flavored coffee when I asked for regular. Not going to hold it against them though since they were polite and the place is very clean. I’ll be going again.

Ordered 5 tacos, only 1 was right. How you screw up a soft taco is beyond me, but they managed. What they did put on the taco was more grease than anything else. Maybe a tablespoon of meat. The tacos all looked like they had been sat on. The burritos were falling apart. We’ve given this location a few do overs, and I think it’s actually getting worse the longer they are open. Shut the doors on this place, save your neighbors the frustration and their money.

I always give places two chances. This Taco Bell is legit the worst one in the area. Both in Clayton that I’ve been to have been awful, but this one is just horrific. No point of ordering ahead on the app as that does nothing. Both times I did so and the first time I was lucky enough to still get my food after having to wait extra long. However, this recent time, I preordered on the app and get to the location about 12 minutes later and nothing. The drive thru boards were shut off and about 4 cars in line. I waited 15 minutes and didn’t move one spot. I gave up. Canceled my order and left with my Taco Bell craving unsatisfied. Don’t go here. They’re awful. Period.

Absolutely the worst taco bell!! If I could give it zero rating I would. Every single time we visit here, they are always missing something we ordered, never once have I gone there and got my order 100% correct. Everyone that works there is rude, slow, and lazy. They have the absolute worst attitudes. I went back one time to retrieve a burrito they didn’t put in my bag and after talking bad about me right in the window, they finally gave me the refund but refused to give me a copy of my receipt, when I said I would like to have one they said it would take to much time to make a copy. I then asked for the sauce they didn’t give me either, and they told me they had to charge me for it, but they had already charged me on my order for it. They said if we didn’t get it, then it was simply our fault.

This is my 4th time at this particular Taco Bell. Every visit so far there has been an issue ranging from extremely long waits, store being out of basic Taco Bell items, and order accuracy. My most recent trip I ordered at the self check out kiosk. I get home and discover not only did I not get all of my items but the kiosk does not give you a receipt to show that your order was incorrect and who wants to drive back after already getting home. As far as the food itself I have no complaints.
