This location has improved with their service and quality of food over the last few months. Employees used to be very unprofessional (cussing being the counter and talking rudely to customers, etc). Now the employees are friendly and professional. My orders have been correct as well as hot and fresh. The inside was clean, and all the condiments and paper products were stocked up.

Hmm… if I had to describe this place in a word it would be conflicted. The service is either terrible or fine. The food (I order the crunchwrap) without fail looks nothing like it’s advertising, and is only decent when I come in before 3pm. I do not recommend this places drive through whatsoever, so I’ll bite the bullet and go inside. And by bite the bullet i’m referring to who’s running the front. The boys who run it are fine and helpful, but the woman I had the displeasure of meeting is the entire reason I am writing this review. She was wearing a red shirt (which I assume means she is a manager, and god help this restaurant if she is.) She was short tempered, and treated me like a number and not a name. I was the only one who was there at the time, so she had no reason to treat me like that. She had to have rolled her eyes twenty times. Once she finished begrudgingly taking my order, she marched to the back and started barking orders at the employees. Clearly her yelling didn’t do anything because my crunchwrap box came out soggy, and the chips were spilled throughout the bag. Normally I would talk to someone about it, but this person was so miserable to be around that I didn’t even bother. This restaurant clearly needs to reconsider the individuals they give higher positions.

Great fast-food. When I walked in there were 10 people in line, while we waited to give our order about five more people entered …and two single guests left because of the wait. The cashier was excellent at taking orders, there just wasn’t enoughfood prep/cooks. The drive through line wrapped around the building. Dining room was dirty, I had to use water from the fountain with napkins to clean a table.

This place always sucks. Everytime I think I’ll give it another shot being that it’s so close to home, I’m yet again disappointed. Their shells are always stale, the line is always incredibly long, they move slower than anything, no one wears a mask, and my order is constantly wrong. Tonight they were out of lettuce. We got 10 tacos and asked for tomatoes since there was no lettuce. Well, all we got is meat and cheese, and hardly that.

The worst Taco bell / KFC around. Customer service is terrible and your order will never come out correct. They barely give you any meat in your tacos. Just a bunch of lettuce and cheese! If I was a vegetarian I would’ve said that! The drive thru wait is always terrible as well. Just keep driving and save your money.
