I just placed an order today at Taco Bell to go. I ordered four of the fiesta burritos when I got my order the bag seemed quite light. So I checked my order and there were no black beans on any of the four burritos I ordered. And then when I went into complain about it and have the problem fixed. I was yelled at by one of the employees working at the counter. In fact he just kept saying over and over again. I didn’t do it. I didn’t do it in the end. All I wanted is my food to be made correctly and this young man just chose to argue with me till finally the manager got involved

As far as fast food goes, this Taco Bell is above the norm. The food was good and the staff cared about your experience. I was visited multiple times by the staff to check on how my meal was. A very positive experience.

Taco Bell has lost their mind since years ago. I remember being able to leave with a huge heavy bag full of tacos for less than $20. I understand inflation, but paying $50 to feed 3 kids and a couple extra tacos for the parents? Ridiculous. Our recent visit to this location- they even left a few items out. We went through the drive through, and *specifically asked* if these items were there. As it was busy, the kids were in the car, and we all just wanted to get home and eat- we mistakenly trusted the server. We get home to missing Quesadillas, tacos and requested extras. So we paid $50 and didn’t even get all our food. Tried to call the store several times over two days using the number listed here and on the receipt- no answer. This will be our last visit here.

This is hands down THE WORST and I mean THE WORST Taco Bell in this city. Every time I visit this location the waits are long and items are wrong. The food looks thrown together even though you will wait in line for 10+ minutes. The manager and owner of this location needs to get it together!

I’m sure the food is still as good as other Taco Bells, so I gave a second star….but I went in to use the bathroom but there was no toilet paper. Then I saw there were roach legs on the floor. I’m not sure how they have a health score of 97 but I couldn’t eat there after that.
