I had the worst experience at this Taco Bell tonight. I ordered through the drive through for me and my young daughter. We waited about 15 min to even get up to the window to pay. After we finally paid, they told me to pull up and wait in front of the white line. I waited 25 more minutes watching behind me as 5 or 5 more cars paid and received their food. I got out of my car and went to the door. Someone was bringing my food then but I went inside and asked for a refund because it was unacceptable for 2 tacos to take that long of a wait. The one person offered me cinnamon twists and I kindly declined and asked to speak to a manager for a return. She rolled her eyes and turned and walked away. Talking about me and calling me derogatory names across the kitchen in ear shot of me and my daughter. The manager came and did not even ask me what the problem was. He just said in a very mean tone, it’s going to take 7 days for the refund to process. Grabbed my card and my food. He slammed the food I had ordered into the trash and walked away. He came back with my card, I asked for a receipt of the return and asked why he threw away my food. He had no answer. I asked for my food back and he said he couldn’t give me food out of the trash. He walked away. And another girl came storming past me asking why someone let me in the store. There was one gentleman who worked there who was the nicest to me and was on his dinner break. He said he was sorry for how that all went down. I asked the front desk if I was going to get my food made but everyone was IGNORING ME!! I had to explain to my daughter as we got back in the car empty handed (after a long day of school and gymnastics and just tired and hungry) that some people in this world are just not kind and we have to learn to deal with it and stick up for ourselves at times. But ultimately show them love and patience. I told her they probably don’t have enough workers and are stressed but that’s not the way to act in customer service. I told her that we needed to pray for them. Unfortunately, they have lost our service and we will not be going back to that establishment.

Worst Taco Bell ever. So dark, looks closed but it’s dinner time. They WANT to look closed so nobody goes. Ordered a taco supreme….barely any lettuce, no tomatoes, no sour cream, where’s the cheese?!? Had to add our own at home! Seriously! Could not have felt like we bothered them more. Somebody needs to rehab that place!

I’ve been here twice. Both times the food was TERRIBLE. Both times I left a review with their customer support using the phone number on the receipt for how bad the experience was. Both times I didn’t hear back from their customer service call center. Shame on you Taco Bell.

People were nice, but it took over 15min to get my drive thru order that I walked in to figure out what was taking so long and when I finally got the food it was thrown together and cold… I opted to get a full receipt instead. The dining room was quite dirty as well. They were plenty staffed

Today went to get my 2 grandsons an me party pack cruncy tacos. We first thought was us, but 2nd taco we realized tacos tasted like had been made in 2 week old grease, an no seasoning.WORST TASTE EVER !!! We spit it out an threw whole box away. Both have tummy aches now 🙁 thankfully other grandson got chicken. ususally enjoy them. WILL NEVER GET TACO BELL AGAIN 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 would day 0 stars if could.

Food is consistently disappointing; terrible portions, unappealing presentation, and large lack of care with giving you extra/omitting ingredients. Consistently has had staff that is unpleasant to deal with over the years and nothing has changed. Taco Bell is great – this location is not.

When the Pipers Play
After going through drive through and being handed out food, we drove away and realized that we were missing a bacon chicken sandwich, so we turned around and I went inside. I told the lady behind the counter, who looked at my receipt and walked away without saying a word, presumably to make the burger. 10 minutes later, I asked another employee what was going on, he said he would check… a few minutes later he came back and said it would be another 10 minutes to cook the bacon!. This is approximately 30 minutes after I had originally ordered the food in the drive through. I’m not sure what they were doing and I was already late to a soccer game, so I left without the burger.

It took over 20 minutes to get a chicken tender meal. This was the last time I will ever visit this location. Why would KFC/TB only prepare one meal at a time at dinner time regardless if you dine in or go thru the drive thru. No prepped food. Dining in and visiting location was a huge mistake. Stay away from this location, maybe it will be shutdown in the near future, it needs to with current mgmt practices.
